The hotel is a solid 3 stars. The style of the hotel hasn't changed since 2005. The rooms are average, the AC didn't work properly. The cleaning of the rooms is good, which cannot be said about the dining room: dirty tablecloths and cigarette butts in the ashtray were almost every time on many tables. The food is delicious but there is no variety. Once for free you can go to another restaurant for dinner, but there they bring you what is already served for a common dinner. The choice of alcohol is poor: 3 low quality cocktails, diluted beer (one) and tart wine. Clean water could only be collected in the hotel lobby from one cooler.
The beach is good and clean. WI-FI did not catch even in the lobby. Animation and music is very weak, mostly Russian outdated songs were played. The hotel is family, 90% of visitors with children from 1 year old. You can swim in the pools only early in the morning, then all 2 pools are occupied by children. Most of the hotel guests are residents of Russia, with inadequate boorish behavior. By the way, Finnish and Lithuanian flags were hung out in front of the hotel, although the inhabitants of these countries were not in sight. There was no place for the flag of Ukraine. The hotel staff at the reception did not know Russian and even English well. When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown its territory, we were met unfriendly. It takes 30-40 minutes by bus to the center of Alanya from the hotel. There is a mini market nearby. There is also a mosque near the hotel. Prepare for the fact that at 4 in the morning prayer will be heard well. Stayed in July 2021.
