We stayed at this hotel from July 6 to July 12.2017. I'll try in order:
Hotel: Clean and well maintained hotel. Both the main building and the rooms, which were cleaned once a day. Bedding was changed once or every 3 days according to the rules.
Territory: It is not big, but very nice and well-groomed. 3 pools. One main, 1.5m deep, paddling pool and 1.2m for slides. There are many palm trees throughout. The territory is washed and cleaned every evening.
Staff: This one is worth noting separately. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. Less than half know Russian, but they will always try to help you. If it does not work out, they will call a Russian-speaking colleague. Separately, I would like to note the excellent and cheerful bartender, I added his photo. He is always interested in how things are going, what to pour, bring, etc. Do not regret him for tea and he will help you to have a good rest for your soul =)

Sea: Walk to the sea 3-4min. not a hasty step. The sea is clean and always warm in the morning. The entrance to the beach is not convenient because of the stones, so everyone is located on the pier. A beachman works on it who will always bring you an umbrella or a sunbed if there is somewhere to put it, he will also bring a mattress to the sunbed.
Bars: There are 4 bars on site. In the lobby, pool bar, snack bar and beach bar. Snack bar only non-alcoholic drinks. At the beach bar: Pepsi, juices, water from alcoholic beer only. Everything is naturally free with all inclusive.
Meals: All food is European with a slight Turkish flavor in the form of local salads, sausages and desserts. Every day for lunch and dinner there was some meat fried on the grill or in another way. Always a choice of 2 types of soups. For those who are used to eating homemade food, of the European type, they will not be hungry, but will eat from the belly. The bar is free for the first time, then $ 2 refill. But when cleaning, they bring you 1.5 liters of water every day for free.
Service: It's excellent. Everything that is written, for example, about towels, such as changing them for $ 1, is a lie. Towels and like all other services are already included in the price of the tour and are made free of charge. Towels can be changed at least 2 times a day (only if you lose a towel, a fine of $ 20) and a new one is issued.
Cons: There are not many of them and you can put up with many.
- No disco. Family hotel and exactly 12 everything turns off and stops working. But if you dialed up to 12 at the bar, no one will kick you out from anywhere, and the night guard will even talk to you about your rest, etc. They take you to a disco in Alanya for $ 10 per person there and back.
- Monotony of food. From the daily menu, only soups, side dishes and meat change, the variety of which is designed for 3 days. Then in a circle. Everything else is salads, greens, desserts, cheeses, etc. does not change.

- SPA at the hotel. We went to the SPA which included hammam, relaxing in the room with music, massage and facial and of course their tea. The cost was $25 per person. In general, it's not worth it. If you go purely to the hammam for $ 10, yes, but they don’t have this. Massage is not what, they are also trying to deceive by inventing problems with the vertebra, so that you would sign up for $ 100 for 5 massage sessions.
- Hookah at the hotel. Do not take a hookah on site, it is not what. Absolutely tasteless, broken and ended after 40 min. after they brought it to us and the cost of it was as much as $ 10.
- A la carte restaurant. The hotel has 2 Italian cuisine and Turkish. You can visit them for free once, at your choice. It’s not worth going to them, you will be served the same as in the general menu, it will just be a beautiful and pathetic serving. After the visit, we went to eat in the main hall =)
Conclusion: If you just want to relax, warm your belly in the sun near the pool or the sea, while drinking unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you like cleanliness and friendly staff, while not chasing elite booze, a variety of Turkish cuisine and a sea of unnecessary additional services such as SPA, this hotel is perfect for you.
P. S. The hotel has about 60-65% of Russian and Ukrainian tourists. The rest Poland, Belarus and Germany, Finland and other European countries went further.
