We rested in three (me, wife, son 4 years old). In Turkey for the first time (running in front - the last). The tour operator chose the hotel for us. Tez Variant. By the way, the assessment of the tour operator Tez is excellent (everything is clear and reliable). Now about the hotel. From the airport about 2 hours, 15 km short of Alanya. At the reception, and indeed in the hotel, English is understood as poorly as in Russian, so it is better to speak in your native language + sign language. The hotel is large, it was fully booked. The contingent of tourists is approximately the following: 1/3 - Turks, 1/3 - Germans, 1/3 - Russians, Ukrainians. The hotel area is not very large but acceptable. Everywhere is clean, greenery, flowers. In general, you can read the description of the hotel on the official sites, almost everything matches. I will list what does not correspond or what I did not like: 1. The beach is pebbles, but there is no entry into the sea. Pebbles end at the water's edge and then stones begin (rather slippery), because. the surf is always strong because of the steep bottom, then you have to try very hard not to be washed away by the wave and not thrown against these stones. From the beginning, we did not attach importance to the fact that some vacationers constantly limp until they themselves planted bruises on their knees. Yes, there is a platform, but it has only one ladder for descending into the water, on which 5-10 people are constantly hanging. Those. an adult is still all right, but with a small child there is practically no way to go into the sea. And the hotel has a beach club prefix - this made me laugh the most. Fortunately, after 300 meters we found a piece of no-man's beach where the pebbles are smaller and the bottom is more gentle and pebbly, we went there every day, though there, of course, there are no sun loungers, no bar, no soul.
2. The UAL system - I didn’t understand what it was. Maybe in free spirits of very disgusting quality or in a free sauna. By the way, about drinks - if it’s so common in Turkey, if it’s only in this hotel, but the beer there is non-alcoholic (or diluted as much as I don’t want), what is called juice and is poured from vending machines - it’s better not to drink (powder concentrate), the child is definitely do not give! . True coffee is not good, the one that is brewed in the Turks. And so, except for water, there is nothing special to drink. Freshly squeezed juice is for breakfast and costs 1 euro, and for some reason only orange.
3. Staff attitude. I don’t know, maybe we deserved such an attitude by the behavior of our compatriots (a couple of times I saw Russians drunk in obscenities pumping their rights at the bar - how much non-alcoholic beer do you need to drink? ). In short, if a Turk, a German and Russian, then first they will serve the Turk, then his family and friends, then the German, then they will chat about life with a passing Turk, and at the end it will be our brother's turn. Interesting, but I have not seen such an attitude in other countries.

Summing up, we can say: comparing your impressions and the impressions of friends and acquaintances about a vacation in Turkey, the hotel is actually not bad. By European standards, of course, not 5 stars, but at best 4. It will probably be good for families with children 7-12 years old. For others, I suggest looking elsewhere.
