We arrived at the hotel at 9:30, check-in took place instead of the standard 14:00 - at 15:05, and even then after repeated reminders of ourselves to the workers at the reception (rather unfriendly guys, by the way). True, the bracelets were given to us immediately upon arrival and we were free to use all the services of the hotel. We passed the time a little in the SPA (for a fee). Then, by the way, almost every day they saw people sleeping on sofas in the hall - they also waited a long time for settlement. So this seems to be the weak point of this hotel.
The territory of the hotel is small, has a very well maintained and beautiful garden.
The room is small, the furniture is not new, but intact. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. They didn't clean every day. The bed is new, changed on request. The towels are perfect. Strangely, in a 5-star hotel, there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, only soap and shower gel.

The restaurant was pleased with the variety and quality of dishes. Even the breakfasts had a much larger selection than the traditional omelette-sausages-cheese-sausage. The hotel is completely packed with guests (70 percent of the guests are Turks) and this was most noticeable in the restaurant: if you did not immediately come to the opening, the chance to take a separate table was small. All tables are designed for 4 people, not for 2-3 at all, so I had to sit down with strangers, which I personally do not like.
Beach. The road to the beach goes through an underground passage immediately from the hotel, only 40 meters. The hotel has its own beach. Clean, there was plenty of room for everyone. The entrance to the sea is good, but because of the heaps of people with children, it was a little crowded. The pier is old and somehow "poor", it has a not very convenient narrow entrance along the wall of the beach cafe. There was a $10 deposit for towels.
Departure from the hotel was 6 (! ) hours before departure. If I had known in advance, it would have been better to hire a taxi. And so I had to collect people from many hotels, and even a mandatory check-in to the store (why ?? ).
