Hello to all those who choose this hotel. We are still here and counting the days until departure. There are four of us - a husband, me and two children (6 years and 9 months). The only good thing in the hotel is food, everything else is just awful. We were initially settled in the old building overlooking the amphitheater, the pool and closer to the sea, from where terribly loud music is heard until 3 in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 23 o'clock and the children could not fall asleep until the morning. On the 3rd day, at the insistence of our guide from the Pegasus tourist, we changed the room in the building where the lobby and bar are located, which is open until 00 and everyone who likes to drink alcohol sits on sofas until the morning, especially the Germans, who behave loudly and disgustingly. There is absolutely no soundproofing, as if the Germans were sitting next to the bed and yelling in the ear. 6 times in Turkey and watching these people, I'm not a Nazi, they are really disgusting. There are a lot of them in this hotel and they have a special attitude, unlike us, they were in Ala carte by appointment, so the waiters brought everything to us with disdain, and they smiled, joked with them, when they saw what they left for tea, they began to smile at us. We just didn't go back there. . The declared children's amusement park is half-working, children's animation is weak. Evening performances are terrible, they invite artists from the burnt theater. The rooms are old, obviously not level 5. When we took the tour, we did not read the reviews, the manager praised us and said that the rating was high. I don't understand how he got them. Drinkers and eaters must have written good reviews. Who cares, we originally had room 120, noisy and smoky, then changed to 1034, also noisy, but at least it didn’t stink!
