I lived in building II, as someone already recommended here (buildings I and III are too close to the highway. When I checked in, I just asked for a room in buildings II or IV. Rooms in building 2 are quite spacious. My only complaint is the periodic buzz of some - a fan that emitted a noticeable vibration in my corner room on the 3rd (according to ours - 5th) floor. Friends lived in the Down Town building - the rooms are more cramped there, which bothered my friends a little.
Meals (breakfasts and dinners) seemed to me very good and varied, there was always a regret that I did not have time to try something. The meat was always, if not in the hall, then in the barbecue by the pool.
For Russian speakers - m. b. problems, because the staff at the reception and in the restaurant does not know Russian. With English, by the way, they are also tight. I highly recommend learning basic Turkish courtesy phrases and actively using them.

But the "own beach" at the hotel is lousy. Not because the sunbeds are paid (bed-bed per day - 1 euro), but simply dirty. And entering the sea on slippery uneven plates is fraught with injuries. Beach bouncers tried to forbid my friends to sit on the sand near my sunbed, but they (bouncers) managed to be quite peacefully sent off - knowledge of a few Turkish words came in handy. But these are trifles, because. 20 meters to the left or 100 meters to the right (if facing the sea) and the beach is cleaner and the entrance to the water is normal. In general, before the first visits to the sea, look where the other public is swimming - go there. I advise you to explore the beaches "Cleopatra" (pure sand) and at the "Red Tower" (very clear water, pebbles, stones), which have already been written about by others. Stomp to the first 30 minutes, to the second 20 or go for 1 euro (one way) by bus.
There was always a place near the hotel's own pool, sunbeds were free. Some sites show some kind of water slides at the hotel - this is nonsense, there are no slides, but the existing main pool is quite decent. The water smells a little like chlorine. By the way, in the basement of the building, near the gym, there is also an indoor pool. And the Down Town building has its own pool (I went there to swim with friends) - the pool is small, but there is nobody in it!
