УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ! HORRIBLE HOTEL!

So:
1.3 families arrived, 11 people, 5 children, they settled plus or minus (they paid extra for 10u. . e from the family so that the rooms were in a row). the rooms are spacious, but cleaning for 14 days was never normal, they never cleaned under the bed (the dust was about 3 fingers), dusting - never.
2) Only we had a safe, and even then without keys ...the key was brought on the 3rd day (the safes were not brought to friends until the end of the vacation), the kettle was only in our friends (we also had it, but without a lid, disk in the common people), the teapot was brought on the 3rd day after welding ...
3) pools - good - this is one of two pluses
4) slides - good - this is the second plus

5) Service - it simply does not exist ...for example: the child started vomiting at 5.30 in the morning, they gave me medicine, but you need to drink a lot, went for tea - tea neither in the burger shop, nor in the lobby, nor through the reception - THERE WAS NO STUPID bag with TEA! ! at what there was no tea for more than one day, in the main. restaurant (more precisely, the DINING ROOM) - there were days that there was no tea bag there either - we were shocked
6) The main DINING ROOM, and it is NOOOOO RESTAURANT, that's for sure - in 14 days I ate there normally 2-3 times ...this is out of 14 * 3 u003.42 times possible ...even more less breakfast - eggs + sandwiches ...
7) so that everyone understands what is happening there - if you want to be not hungry - you need to take a queue in front of the doors to the main. dining room - at 12.30 there were about 50 people who were waiting for the START to open the doors - the picture resembles the 90s and the queues for bread for 49 people each ...main. the dining room couldn’t fit everyone - in fact, people were standing on their heads in other people to wait for a table to be free ....and now the MAIN THING - I personally saw -41 people in the queue for MEAT (it’s a pity that the photo can’t be posted here), alcohol in the main. canteen - only beer + wine ...
8) ALL INCLUSIVE without ALL INCLUSIVE ...or rather, alcohol here is like free only in the lobby and pool. a bar near the main pool - as soon as you pass the "stinky passage" under the road - everything is PAID ...we are crazy about this news ...
they answered the guest relay simply - our concept has changed ....about all sorts of cocktails - they are even paid at the lobby ...BUT there are queues of 10-15 people at the lobby (there is also a photo) ...and the same whiskey, gin , vodka - well, if they had 25 revolutions, then very well. . let's say so for alcohol if you go here - you need to buy your own. . kapets just

9) we won’t be upset, we thought, we came to the sea - but it turns out that there is no sea here - everything is in such stones that it’s REALLY impossible to get through, let alone swim, but if you go through the stinky passage from the ocean, then you run into a sewer a large pipe that goes straight into the sea ...on the beach - dirty and cleaned EXTREMELY rarely ...sunbeds finished off, no umbrellas ...just horror ...but we found more less than the norm. the beach is opposite AQUA ...it is small and it was necessary to take a sunbed at 07.40-08.00, but if there was no time, there would be no place ...
10) I forgot about the rooms - there is EXACTLY ZERO soundproofing ...everything is in drywall and you can really hear someone in the next room snoring ...
the windows almost do not isolate the sound, and our room overlooked the main. swimming pool, and there the track and the rumble all night! !
11) The animators work here poorly, or rather, we haven’t seen them in 14 days ...maybe we didn’t look for them, since there were a lot of us ...
12) for a la carte restaurants, you need to stand in line from 08.30, since there are only 2 of them so far, but the main one. everyone is tired of the dining room, on the beach - only french fries and burgers, for waffles there is a queue of 25-30 people all the time, 15 minutes you have to stand, a queue of 5-8 people for pizza, but you need to stand for about 25-35 minutes, since they are small and 2 things make...

CONCLUSION: who has already been to Turkey before and knows how it should be - there will be a BIG shock, who is the first time - will not be delighted either ...

I WILL NEVER GO TO EFTHALY AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! ! !

PS: I forgot to write - children get VERY sick in the hotel, temperatures are mostly (we had 5 children - 4 had a temperature). . so whoever has a ticket to this super hotel - take more medicines with you ...

S. 2: I forgot to tell about the GUIDE ...the girl whose short name was Aya - in principle, she is not to blame, since CORAL TRAVEL did this: if you want to go on some kind of excursion, then in the corral you need to book ONLY AND ONLY in the first day at a meeting with a GUIDE ....we see this for the first time ...THIS IS SUPER NOT PROFESSIONAL, not only is it not convenient ...you can’t even know what will happen to you even 2 days before (for example, like our kids got sick... )...
