Rested 2 families with children. Initially, a tour was bought and eftalia aqua, standard room. Upon arrival, for an additional fee, they were asked to move to the ocen room of the svimap. The fee was not large, $ 10 per day, 3-room two-story suite, with two bathrooms and access to the pool. Never regretted.
By number:
The room is large, the rooms are huge, there are a lot of sleeping places, and with small children, a huge plus, the pool is in the room. The furniture is new, there are TVs in every room, a kettle and tea accessories, the bathroom also has all the accessories.
Room cleaning:

This is how lucky and what kind of cleaning lady you will get. We traveled with 2 families, each family had its own separate identical rooms, only in different directions. So, our room was licked every day, the floors were washed almost with bleach every day, linen and towels were changed every other day, all accessories were reported, but another family was less lucky, in 10 days, they changed their linen 2 times and the cleaning was clean symbolic. Ie, I repeat, how lucky with the cleaning lady.
By territory:
There is not much greenery on the territory of the hotel, mostly tiles and pools, slides.
Next, the transition to the so-called island where the beach is. The territory is large, there is a water park for children and adults, there are swimming pools, bars, restaurants to eat, toilets, changing rooms, in general, everything is here. The transition is normal, it’s not far to walk from the hotel, it took us 7 minutes from the room with the child slowly.
About the beach:
A big plus is that the length of the beach is large, true in pieces, and there are always many free sunbeds at any time. But the beach itself leaves much to be desired. Stones, boulders here and there. It was not convenient with children, it was very painful to go in, and if the sea worries a little, then the stones beat on the legs. We entered the sea from the aqua side, there was more or less sand, but for some reason the water was almost always very dirty there. The beach is equipped but dirty. Sand is not cleaned from the sunbeds, glasses, plates are everywhere, in a word, a big minus for the people who sit there and pretend that they are cleaning on the beach. The sea is very warm - 28 degrees. At 12:00 to 16 they give ice cream, at 12 a chill-out restaurant starts working, where you can have lunch without leaving the beach.
About the main restaurant:
Cleaners try to quickly serve and clean dirty dishes, but they don’t always succeed, if you don’t come to the opening, you will wait. There are still a lot of Turks who put their children right on the table where they eat, the spectacle is not very good, there is no culture.
By nutrition:
I would say so - very monotonous, really! Every day the same thing, a lot of fast food. There were a lot of fruits here. But the variety of food is lame.
By bars:

I myself am not fond of hot drinks, for all the time I tried cream leker, very tasty. But everything else, as my husband said - swill is not possible, he drank his own from duty free. I would like to separately note that the concept of the hotel is 24 hours ultra all inclusive and does not smell. If you come to the bar later than 22:00, then they say that there is nothing free, only for $€.
Once again I repeat - this is not ultra all inclusive !!!

For the hotel in general:
I can’t say for sure that I didn’t like the hotel and the rest in it, but I won’t put 5 either, there is something to compare with. The hotel is completely family run, there is nothing for young people to catch here. The population of the hotel - 80% Turks. Their upbringing and behavior strains. They go there in their own cars with their families as to their dacha. Lots of Germans. There were few Russians, by the end of the rest, ours began to drive up.
About animation:
For children, starting at 20:30, works honestly, fuck off! Animation is mostly in German. Then the adult begins, there were a couple of times, but because of the children they left early, the first impression was nothing like that.
Slides:
We didn’t ride from the slides, we saw once how a guy cut his head and blood swam in the pool, they wanted more and there was no more desire, honestly, it seems to me that these pools are a breeding ground for infections, Turks and Arabs in clothes swim there all day long.

Separately, in the end, on the virus! I was afraid of coxsackie, since I have two children (4 and 1), flew in, went specially to look at other people's children, I didn’t see anyone in the rash, they were all clean. But that there is a sore throat virus going around, that's a fact. Mine caught it on the 5th day, another family, with whom they rested, also had a child sick a day later. High temperature (39) and red throat, my children have never had a sore throat before. And many vacationers complained that the children had a sore throat on vacation in this hotel. So there is some kind of virus. The insurance works. There is a phone number on the first sheet, the call from the reception is free, they answer in Russian. You say that there is an insured event, you describe the situation, after 15 minutes a car arrives at the barrier, you have a child’s passport, insurance and a $15 deductible, the rest is covered by insurance. Medicines there are very good, everything is for sale.

Will I go next time with my family to this hotel? The answer is no!
