It's not the first time we've vacationed in Turkey, so maybe I'm being too picky. I'll be in order:
1. We arrived at the hotel around 11 am, settled in a room around 12-00 - 13-00. We have a tradition and experience of visiting resorts, so our vodka was presented at the reception. I don’t know if this helped us with something or not, but they said that our room was very good. There was a corner, the view from the balcony was on the children's pool, the sea and the road - in principle, in the evening it was gorgeous to sit on the balcony after a hot day and listen to the music that came from the promenade and from the cafe, as well as the sound of the sea, flickering lights. The room was good, not a vip class of course, but we paid the standard, so there are no complaints. Although, given that the hotel had just opened and we were the third arrival, the hanger fell off on the balcony)))
2. Cleaning. Drinks were served in the room every day, although it was written that they would be updated every 3 days. Some of them went themselves and took delivery from theirs, which stood on the floors for half a day. I didn’t always have towels and it happened that they could take two and return one. But I only recently learned that the towel must be thrown on the floor to be changed. It’s good if they don’t lift it up and hang it back, so I think that this is nonsense. In other hotels, towels were changed every day and it doesn’t matter from the floor or from the hanger.

3. There was a kettle in the room, stickers with tea and coffee too.
4. The pools are wonderful, the children could not be kicked out and the slides are also just great, thought out for all ages. The big minus of this hotel is that from other complexes they can enter our territory, and since they did not have water slides, so everyone was drawn to us. The result of all this is a constant lack of seats, scandals between visitors, sunbeds have been busy since the evening. One time my husband got angry. Upon arrival, we decided to take ourselves well-mannered. do not borrow anything in advance, in the end I had to just sit on the pool. The next morning, my husband went to the sea and took two sun loungers by the pool (for 4 people). We stayed until lunch and left, making room for others (after lunch we always went to the sea). And so it happened on other days. Once we come, but there is no one sunbed, in general, in shock. Next time we come, and our things are all on the same sunbed and our sunbed is busy. They could not stand it, they began to swear, in response they heard: "What should we do if we came, but there are no places? " There were people who occupied sunbeds one more than their number, but they decided to push us! I believe that everyone should have their own hotel territory, and not be moving matchmakers, then it would be good with places.
5. There was no entertainment on the territory at all, neither for adults nor for children especially. In the evening there was some kind of children's animation, but the animators are not Russian-speaking, so my children went three times out of 10 days and that's it. Another big disadvantage of the hotel is that there is only one amphitheater for the whole complex, we visited it once and that was enough not to go there again. There was also something for children, no one notifies when it started, we got there by accident and saw a picture: the whole amphitheater was packed with adults, there was nowhere to stand (since there is only one for 4 hotels), the stage is small for so many children while they were engaged, it was still bearable, but when it was all over, everyone rushed into the scattering, children of different ages, the older ones pushed the younger ones, the latter fell, trampled on them and no one was responsible for their safety. That's why I didn't take mine there. Then there was a show for adults, sat out for 15 minutes. - duhata crazy, really just suffocated. If you walk along the promenade, you can find a lot of entertainment, but everything is already paid, including alcohol. They spoke. that somewhere there is a disco going on. but we never found it, once heard from the balcony, which was not in the Turkish motive, but again, where it was held is not clear.
6. The food was, in my opinion, terrible. If you are afraid to get better - you can go. No, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure from the taste of food. My children, apart from chicken and sausages, which were terribly spicy, nothing else and barely. Only breakfasts were sensible, and, of course, sweets. In the cafe with alcohol there were only wine and beer, the rest of the booze was only at the bar. Other reviews about food and cafes, about queues - the true truth, which at the same time is terrifying.

7. Sea! Oh God! Only once it was clean, and so it floated all the time, some kind of garbage, plastic, which was already decomposing. And a few stones.
