It's been a year and a half since we visited, just visited, did NOT rest, in this hotel. And out of curiosity, I went to read the reviews in order to understand what has changed and what Coral Travel has accepted after it single-handedly blacklisted us. So I see from the reviews that exactly nothing has changed! People are still sent to this hell.

In August 2020, we turned to Coral Travel to select a tour, we had a limited time frame, so we trusted the operator and this was our huge mistake.
Given:
Family 2 adults + 3 children (9 years, 5 years and 11 months)
For additional payment at the reception changed the room to a superior one.
In the room we were met by a dirty sock of the previous owners, dust and dirt.
I asked to clean the room normally, deliberately did not report the sock. We arrive, and he is still there, and the place is prominent. The second time I asked to remove it, having already shown the sock personally, they removed it.

Dining room, a restaurant does not dare to call it:
Huge queues, not tasty, monotonous, no seats.

The hotel has tasteless burgers and fries in it, lettuce, tomatoes, powdered drinks that are impossible to drink.
On the beach:
There is deep-fried chicken and fries, waffles, but there is a kilometer queue and you need to stand under the scorching sun for 25 minutes...
For the first time in all the years of visiting Turkey, we were hungry.
Now about how the hotel solves problems:
Morning, a family with 3 children (a stroller, a bunch of inflatables, toys) looking for a sunbed by the children's pool. . . I go to guest relations and talk about the problem, to which they tell me: "If there are no sunbeds by the pool, go to the beach" after the scandal, it turns out sunbeds still have them, they just hid them under lock and key in the household room, they asked me to wait, it takes about 20 minutes, I'm already walking with 3 children, circles, armlets, a stroller again. They ask us to wait more... After another 15 minutes, the worker comes out and informs the sunbeds on our family, along the way, another 10 people run after this man and ask to give sunbeds to them too.
The next day. The situation is the same - again I go and ask for sunbeds, again I lose 40 minutes, while my request is accompanied by indignation guest relations saying that if I want to have sunbeds by the children's pool, I have to get up at 6-7 in the morning, as the rest do and go put towels on them...
Receptionists don't do anything either. The representative of the tour operator Oslan, complete Hamlo. It was clear from the first info meeting, when he was late and rude. His task is to sell you tours but not to solve problems.
The beach is dirty, the bins are full and the garbage is lying around them, there are no sunbeds either. Getting into the water is terrible.
About service:

You are hated! That's right))) There are their own (Turks) and the rest. So, no one here will even smile at you! The exception is one nice guy, the waiter, who saw how painfully every time with small children we are looking for a free table and just started to take it for us, for which he was generously rewarded at the end of our vacation. The rest are completely incompetent people who do not know how to solve problems.
