Already at the reception they offer for a fee a room in another hotel. We were put into a room with blood stains on the bed. They refused to relocate, but by midnight we ourselves achieved relocation. The receiving side refuses to help, they say we ourselves are to blame for everything (apparently, you are choosing a hotel). Very dirty! Towels and linen with holes and stains. After cleaning, I found other people's hair in the bathroom and on the toilet, often there are no clean towels. There is no cereal for breakfast, children's dishes are spicy. The attitude towards Russians is terrible. That's good for the Germans and the British. Pros: Lots of slides, pools and a beautiful garden.
