The hotel does not correspond to the 5* category. For Turkey, this hotel corresponds to 2 *. Our group consisting of 4 teams of FC "Strogino" was the first to go to the hotel on 21.03. 13. at lunch. They settled in old dirty rooms requiring major repairs, but apparently the administration changed its mind and hastily puttied and painted over the holes on the walls, settled children and parents there. After making claims, the hotel administration said - What do you want, we just opened today! They lived in appalling conditions. The rooms are cold, as they have a balcony system, when you leave the room you immediately find yourself on a common cold balcony. The air conditioners in many rooms did not work, the children and we covered ourselves with sheets and dirty blankets, the faucets were clogged with scale, when you open it, then boiling water came, then cold water. To settle children with such outdated plumbing is just impudence! Any child could be scalded! And the most annoying thing is that the Germans who arrived three days later were settled in other bungalows, which were after a major overhaul and where everything worked! And the Russians mean - in the viper! After the next presentation of claims, we still washed the blankets. Agree that for a 5 * hotel it is not acceptable to lay sewn sheets. give out torn gray towels, do not provide slippers and do not report soap and shampoo (of course, many had it with them, but the hotel is 5 * !! ) Staircases were always dirty, and when it rained, they were wet. Only 1 liter of juice (2011) was delivered in a free minbar in 10 days (2011) before the expiration date of which there was 1 month and four bottles of water left. Free Wi-Fi declared at the hotel - does not work, not in the rooms Not at the reception, but paid too - no !! ! Only louts work at the reception, who, at any request or justified claim, start talking to you with a raised voice or even turn their snouts to the side, pretending that they do not understand the Russian language and go to their nook. The food is monotonous, from meat only chicken and sometimes some cutlets with the smell of lamb. Salads and cream soup - everything that was not eaten for breakfast in an improved form was served for lunch and dinner, and so on. Lots of pastries and sweets. Lunch lasts only 1 hour 30 minutes, then everything is instantly carried away, dissatisfied employees snatch trays of food right from under their noses. For dinner, same thing. There are plenty of minuses in the hotel, only two of the pluses: an excellent SPA, where professional masseurs work and a water park for children. If you don't want to spoil your vacation - don't go to Turkey at all! This country is one of the five countries that strongly hate Russians, but love their money very much.
