I’ll immediately note for those who are going to Alanya for the first time that there is a very harsh climate here with sharp temperature changes compared to other regions, in addition, it is the southernmost and there is terrible heat, so you should not go here with young children and the elderly! We always went to Kemer and Belek, but this time we decided to go here and were very sorry. We went early so that it was not so hot, but we still didn’t have to swim in the sea, the water here warms up only by mid-May.
Now about the hotel! We were amazed, it does not correspond at all to all the ideas that were about Turkey! To put it mildly p-c! ) Such a "service" has never been met! So, for objectivity, I’ll start with the pluses: it’s a fairly good meal and a good beach through the underground passage directly to the hotel, although not everything is good here, instead of awnings there are small umbrellas dug into the ground and there are two sun loungers near each, which, in their heat, is clearly not enough! This is where the fun ends and the horror begins! The whole concept of the hotel is aimed at providing the tourist with minimal services and at the same time ripping him off as much as possible! Everywhere you can feel not just minimalism and economy, but just a terrible frank redneck!
Let's start with the fact that the hotel does not have any territory at all, because. surrounded on all sides by other hotels and the view from the windows is only in the windows opposite. The rooms are very cramped and, regardless of the number of residents, we saw in other rooms there were simply bunk beds and more people lived there, and the area of the room was the same! Also, in the hotel, all beds are only single, like in a monastery, which we have never seen in 4 * hotels, usually in a standard room there was always a double bed and a single bed. Also, there was no mini-bar in the room, we decided that this was a mistake and they would bring it to us right now, but at the reception we found out that it was not provided and this was a paid service, which also had not been seen anywhere else in Turkey

Special mention should be made of the bar! I also meet such a system for the first time, the hotel has three bars on different floors and they all work at different times, i. e. when this bar closes, they just politely kick you out, even if you eat! There is a time in broad daylight when none of the bars are open and there is no way to even get water!
Now about the redneck in the restaurant! The staff is generally friendly, but there is a "manager", such a bearded boy, whose task is not to serve tourists and help them, but on the contrary - to exclusively ensure that they do not eat or drink too much! Everything is under control and at gunpoint, just some kind of strict regime establishment). You can only fill a small plastic bottle with water, people tried to get a drink from the machine - a scandal immediately began! Then we realized that this is due to the fact that they have a paid bar on the beach and they are very afraid not to bring drinks from the hotel but buy them on the beach!
Once we saw how people took a liter package of milk and brought it to their table, the cook immediately ran in, grabbed the package and took it back, trying to say that you can only take a glass of milk! It became surprising and funny for us, really someone will carry milk to the beach! ))
Well, in the end, we were simply given to understand that they are not interested in our tourists at all and it is much more profitable for them to accept Western Europeans who leave much more money there. We have never met such a boorish and swine attitude towards our people, we felt like second-class people there! We never thought that such a vacation could happen, we could not wait to fly away! Our feet will no longer be there! We do not recommend anyone to go there!
P. S. And I’ll also note one oddity, we couldn’t find excursions on a regular bus anywhere around, everywhere they offered only on open jeeps, so choose carefully and find out what you will go on, because in their climate you can easily catch a cold
