Review of the hotels "Europe Beach" and "Europe Park"
Gathered my thoughts and decided to share information with future tourists who want to enjoy their holidays in Turkey in Alanya. The review will be not only about the hotel, but also about the host of the tourist operator "VERSA" in Turkey under the name "Alba Tour".

We are 34 and 29 years old, from St. Petersburg, we decided not quite corny to spend the weekend (4 nights 3 days) and it was decided to purchase tickets just to "Europe Beach", a 3 * hotel located on the first coastline. Upon arrival at the Turkish airport in Antalya, we were safely met by the kind employees of Alba-Tour, among them was Ekaterina Terekhova. We were asked to present a voucher for allegedly registering us as tourists at the tour operator's desk and they were not returned to us. When we demanded one copy. return it back (because it is needed when registering at the hotel), the girls promised that there would be no problems with the check-in and all the necessary papers were already in the hotel, i. e. They did everything in the best possible way and we have nothing to worry about. This was a little alarming.
We got directly to the hotel at 3 a. m. (arrival in Antalya was at 1.10 a. m. local time), but the hotel had a slightly different name "Europe Park", and it looked, to put it mildly, not at all like in the photograph of this hotel from the official. Site tour operator. I immediately told Lyubeznaya Terekhova E. about this, to which she said that this was exactly the hotel that we had booked and paid for. And then we take out another copy of the voucher from our suitcase, where it is indicated that it was Europa Beach that we paid for. She obviously did not expect such a dirty trick from the tourists, that is. us, you should have seen the look on her face!!!!
Then she began to assure us that Europa Beach and Europa Park are the same hotel. As a person who has his own small business, this made me laugh, to put it mildly, and I tried to explain to her as delicately as possible that we, tourists, should not be knowingly given false information on accommodation and booking a hotel, because her direct duty is to provide the maximum comfortable check-in at the right hotel.
As a result, in an ultimatum form, she was told to us that we would rest in Europa Park, she turns around, without saying anything more, gets on the bus (transfer) and leaves. As a result, we were placed in some kind of one-story hut, with an area of the room itself 7-8m2, with a non-working bathroom, without hot water, with a non-working air conditioner (no remote control), with the door of the room not closing from the inside.
Before we had time to fall asleep, at five o'clock in the morning the roosters began to crow, it began to get light. At five o'clock in the morning, a rather loud musical mantra began, reminiscent of the one at which local Muslims pray.

Realizing that he wouldn’t be able to sleep, at seven o’clock in the morning he left this hut straight to the reception, with firm confidence to go to the end in resolving the issue of moving to “his” hotel. They promised to take us there at 10 am. We went to inspect the territory of the hotel, although there was nothing special to look at, it was time for breakfast, though we saw what they offer there - there is simply nothing to eat there except watermelon. While we were having breakfast, we met Russian tourists from St. Petersburg and Moscow who are vacationing in this hotel. We learned from them that there are at least 10 people with booked rooms in Europa Beach, who have been “resting” in Europa-Park for almost a week against their will, but openly expressed their discontent only to us!!!
As a result, after threats at the reception to call the police, a representative of the tour operator, and the director of the Hotel, they offered to get to the hotel of interest to us on their own. We can’t get through to Alba’s representative, no one picks up the phone. In the end, they nevertheless took us to "Europe Beach" in their car. It's about 25 minutes of fast driving (100-120 km, h), by the way, it's quite normal there.
It is even incorrect to compare these two hotels, “Europe Park” does not dare to call this a hotel, it can be compared rather with some kind of small private farm for growing chickens, bananas and something else. But not like a hotel. On the sea itself you have to go more than an hour on foot or wait for a minibus. which goes at a certain time of 10.30 am and once again I don’t remember what time (twice a day)!!
The quality of food for breakfast is unsatisfactory (inedible). Service is a big minus. About the number, it is written above, this is not a number, this is a barn !!!
The territory of the hotel is small, scary and unkempt (the hotel is located on a mountainside) not in the resort area next door to the living Turks-peasants.
So, if you are not a fan of waking up to the cries of roosters at 4-5 in the morning, you are not a fan of admiring the huge crops of banana plantations, you are not a fan of healthy fasting for a period of rest and long walks to the beach and back, then you are NOT THERE !!!
And in general, I got the impression after a two-hour conversation with already resting tourists that NOBODY went to this hotel of their own free will and desire !!!!

When they brought us to Europe Beach, our mood improved significantly, since starting from the fact that the hotel itself is located in the resort area, on the first coastline, from the hotel to the sea no more than 60-70m) across the road. The hotel itself looks incomparably better (although not the ultimate dream, but after what we happened to see, it seemed to us just a paradise. The room was settled quickly, the room is small, but clean, with good pressure of both hot and cold water, with a working air conditioner and a TV, with clean new linen on the bed, a rather big balcony. . . Room number 103 on the first floor, if that.
In general, I personally didn’t have any particular complaints about the staff or the Hotel, the food was normal, there were french fries, stewed chicken, pasta, watermelon for dessert, oranges, some sweets, in general, three, four days, including food (in nearby restaurant) is quite good to relax and have a good time. The only thing to come to eat is to arrive at the opening, otherwise there may simply not be enough food for all the guests in the hotel !!! . From the drinks of the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel, you can drink local beer, and gin and tonic and without. There was no wine !!
The beach - I really liked its walking distance, sand with small pebbles, and most importantly, the chic sea. Warm, clean, wet, salty!!!
There are enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, mattresses are far from all, as well as fungi-canopies. By the way, the beach is not fenced, whoever wants to comes and rests, but it didn’t really bother us, and Russian speech is heard almost everywhere on the beach !!!
At 2 p. m. on the first day in Europe Beach, we met with a guide from Alba named Zhenya, described the situation that had happened to us, he pretended to hear all this for the first time, sincerely sympathized with us, even promised to fire the very Terekhova Natalia, we wrote a statement on her, but in our hearts we, of course, understood that this was just a game for the public, and no one would give this case a go, and in general, they would pretend that none of this happened. In general, the problem of drowning people is the problem of drowning people themselves.
After dinner in the hotel itself, there is nothing much to do, all vacationers find entertainment in Alanya itself, or on the way to it. There are cafes, and restaurants, and disco bars, and shopping arcades like with textiles. and souvenirs, and other attributes of the resort town.

In the hotel itself, we got acquainted with many vacationers, both Russians and from Serbia, and despite the language barrier, we had a lot of fun.
In the process of communicating with vacationers at Europa-Beach2, we realized that we really had a very good room (apparently, the proceedings at the previous hotel were not in vain for us). Many had problems with the pressure of both hot and cold water, some then a broken plumbing equipment, someone has a non-working cond-ner. Someone's room was not cleaned at all, in general there were many dissatisfied on various issues. There were also several cases when the hotel manager himself pestered newly arrived single girls, with doubtful offers, not forgetting to touch them. There was one serious scandal about this.
Summing up the three or four weekends spent at sea, I can say that, in spite of everything, the rest was a success for us. I will not recommend either one or the other hotel, since other tourists, now well-known to us from St. Petersburg and Moscow, had a lot of problems.
Ladies advice - never give all your copies of vouchers. Passports, etc. (or demand them back under any circumstances) for hotel accommodation. Make copies of all documents. Otherwise, you may not become a happy tourist, but a hostage of a tour operator, or the manager of the hotel itself or someone else, always make duplicates of both the vouchers themselves and air tickets, passports.
As for the host side of Alba Tour, here is the fact of Alba's collusion with the owner of these two hotels, and I'm afraid this situation, which is described above, with us, is systemic in nature, and until the tourists defend their own rights, reverse it will be almost impossible!

From my side, upon arrival in St. Petersburg, I will try to choose the time and visit the central office of the VERSA Tour Operator to outline everything that awaits almost all tourists who purchase tours to Europe Beach. I hope they will hear me, because I am not for paid them a visit. And with completely different thoughts about it. Thank you all for reading to the end, and before going on vacation abroad, you remembered the simple advice that I wrote here.
