Settled 16.01. 18, departure 22.01. 18. , tour price 28500 for two. Check-in was around 1 am and so Fist Class offered us food (rice + a piece of fried kuroski, but since I don't eat meat, I was offered rice and stewed vegetables). The operator told us that the hotel is going like 5 stars, but in fact there are no stars, but I would give 2 stars. The room overlooked the sea and the road, the view is excellent, but for people who have light sleep it would be flour. Nothing bothered me and I slept great. Room on the 4th floor, 1403. Two beds in the room + sofa. There is a kettle, a smelly refrigerator, a TV. Safe is paid. Balcony. Fen. The heating air conditioner worked. C / A combined, shower (tray with one glass curtain... it's hard to call a bathroom). When taking a shower, water flows out of the tray, there are holes in the floor for water to escape. The toilet during the drain does not return to its place and the water flows until the manual drain button is returned to its original position. Stained towels. Soap or shower gel. The bed linen was torn, we reported to the reception about a dirty towel, a hole in the sheet, a leaking shower and the staff immediately reacted, but later dirty towels (yellow stains) were encountered at the time of our stay, the current pallet was never fixed. Common areas are in average condition - plaster is crumbling in the corridor, dirty windows around the hotel, floor paths should be replaced, in the dining room the wall by the window is moldy, plates, glasses, appliances need to be checked for cleanliness (the walls of coffee drinks are painted in coffee cups, transparent glasses with fingerprints at the very drinking area, there are stains on the plates), the tablecloths were dirty or with holes from the service life, I saw how an employee in outerwear laid out clean plates. Food is separate.... I don't eat meat or poultry.... for all the time that we were there, once they served fish, fried, the cheapest, such as blue whiting. From meat it is meatballs sometimes, sausage is terrible, it is impossible to eat, from poultry it is chicken, which part is hard to say, such as bones with a small amount of meat, there was once boiled chicken and chicken liver. Soups of two types, though I have not tried. Grass, greens, pickles, sauces are constantly. Desserts are pretty good. From cereals only rice. From fruits apples, oranges and plums. Pear a couple of times. There is a bar but I didn't try it. But there were guests who drank all day long and felt fine, there were no lethal outcomes with me. Spa area in the basement-hammam, sauna, swimming pool (without heating), jacuzzi (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't), there is a steam cabin. There is a gym, but we went to the street, because some of the simulators do not work. I took a massage and it was the most pleasant stay in this hotel. On the first day, we went to a spa procedure, which we bargained up to $30 from $35 (although one of the guests said that we need to bargain up to $20 because it’s out of season and there are few people) this is a hammam, a bathhouse, a wet cabin, a pool, jacuzzi, face mask, herbal tea, body massage from head to toe and front and back, foot massage with fish. Of the promised procedures, the fish were included on the first day, but for some reason they didn’t do the procedure after payment, they said the other day, but they didn’t do it, the water in the pool was cold and we refused, and they didn’t offer us a jacuzzi, although they promised when buying a spa procedure . After the spa treatment, barker Murat offered a head to toe massage for $30, I bargained for $15 (not worth paying anymore). On the last day, Murat touted (this man lures and promotes clients to spa treatments) told my massage therapist that I dissuaded the client from the procedures (he was worried that I would tell the guests about the price because they lure people for 40- $ 30 and he saw me with a woman in a bath with a woman who later refused the procedures and this Murat suggested that I dissuaded her and the massage on the last day was disgusting. On other days, the masseur guy tried and did great. The spa area in in the same condition as the rest of the hotel, for a weak C. Disco is loudly said, the room is 16m, and the contingent is drunk and the girls are cheap, who work wonders for a bottle (this is apparently a freebie and people have seized). Employees and staff treat them just like you do. We smiled at them and they did not give us requests. Internet is terrible, had to use my own. And the guests are drunk, girls who are desperate or lost like us)))) A trip to Alania by bus for 3 lira, 30 minutes. Russian locals, with a normal attitude towards them, can tell you about the trip. And the Turks and Azerbaijanis that we met from you only want to get money, bargain at a terrible price, offer your price. . . It's easy to do in the off season. You shouldn’t take a tour, you can ask around locals, search on the Internet and don’t be too lazy to travel yourself and thereby save money. The price and quality correspond, although I think this ticket should cost no more than 10.000 rubles. I had a goal to distract myself, to get away from the Moscow winter, from people, to warmth and to be cheap.... I'm satisfied overall. Quiet place, hangouts and attractions in Alanya. I will not return to this hotel and be sure to read the reviews. I can share a video of the room and lunch hike.
