We went to a 5-star hotel. I read the reviews, understood that not everything was ok, but I am already a tourist with experience, I have been to Turkey 6 times and +/- I understand what is what.
But this hotel impressed me!
We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, they put on our bracelets and sent us to lunch. Check-in after 2 pm. Lunch impressed us, the food was varied, very tasty. At 1 pm we turned to the reception or had not yet checked us in? They said that they had already given us the keys. A boy came for us, packed our suitcases and took us to the room. But!! ! we left the hotel and went across the street to another building as it turned out!!! ! There is no information about the second building anywhere on the website!!!! ! It is located nearby, but this is not the hotel where we bought the tour!

We were checked in on the 5th floor with a sea view, for which we are grateful! But the building is ruined, the rooms are terrible! The refrigerator does not work, the curtains are in a hole, the bathroom is trash! As it turned out later, the balcony block was broken, so when it rained and the wind blew, our curtain would fly up to the ceiling, and of course there was no soundproofing. In the rooms, they cleaned - sometimes they took out the trash and left a bottle of water, towels and bedding were never changed.

Beds must be taken in the morning, after breakfast there are no free ones and there is no one to contact!
We arrived cold and rainy, we thought about going to the indoor pool, but it is not working!
There is still a lot to write negative....
From +: children's animation is good, my daughter enjoyed going to the children's room and the children's disco.
The food is delicious, and this is thanks to the chefs!

Do I recommend this hotel? - No!
Will I return to it again? - No!
