In principle, you get used to everything, and we are also used to this hotel... Although we were stopped from moving on the first day for any additional payment only by the difficult schedule of our company's arrival on different days to one hotel. The worst thing is the first impression. No, of course, buying a frankly cheap ticket, I understood that I would not get into a fairy tale, but I had been in fours before and knew what to expect. But the first shock is an incomparable feeling!!!
In short:
The area of the hotel is the first thing that struck me. ITS NOT!!! ! Well, that is, theoretically, of course, it is, but in reality IT IS NOT! If someone lives in a private house - just imagine your courtyard, it is very comparable. Think of a pool on it, a couple of dozen sun loungers around the perimeter, a scene for animation, a dozen tables. Although there are advantages to this! For example, from the beach (across the road, underground tunnel) to a bar, drink some water or something else, I have never been so close anywhere, even in a hotel where the bar was right on the beach!

Staff: Really very friendly and accommodating! Especially if you do not bend your fingers and do not tell them how best to do their job, especially with a Moscow accent and obscenity. Who does not understand Russian - understands at least English. Help with pleasure.
Food: Well, how can I tell you. Of course, you won't leave hungry. And somewhere on the 3-4th day you will stop waiting for a miracle and will eat what they give, but somehow I expected something else. Fried chicken, or God forbid fish - it's happiness!!!! ! I don’t like to eat chicken 3 times a day - cutlets from it’s not clear what, various stewed substances that are not always clear in taste. As a side dish of course rice. I tried potatoes a couple of times, you can eat. But when barley was offered as a side dish, I realized that rice with chicken is not so bad)))))) Yes, the restaurant is really almost on the roof, on the 6th floor of building number 1, but the view from it is not on the hotels around, but on their rooftops, on their water barrels and satellite dishes, on those rooftops. The bar in the restaurant does not shine with variety. You will especially like the glasses, which have fingerprints, traces of lipstick... But wine is quite drinkable. A day later, you can drink beer, you get used to everything, but you can’t drink strong alcohol at all. For example, the bartender makes romkola cocktails, whiskey cola, cognac cola from one bottle, I have personally seen it!
Rooms: everything is clean, cleaned with dignity, you can with a dollar, you can without. That's just the size of... In Egypt, for example, we have a corridor in which you take off your shoes, it was about the same size. I have never seen a smaller shower stall. From the room there is a door to the next room. Good thing it's locked up. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the balcony of the neighboring building, which is 3 meters away (of course, if you are not the lucky owner of a room with a sea view). Beds and air conditioners are ok. In the first building, there is a problem with elevators, especially during eating hours, constant queues, we lived in the second building and only encountered a similar problem on the way to food.
Beach. I liked the beach. Strange as it may seem, but that relatively small number of sunbeds on the beach was ALWAYS enough, and not once we were left without a place in the sun or in the shade. The beach itself is quite decent, the entrance to the water in Alanya is almost the same everywhere. If you find fault, you can probably find cons, but I liked the beach.

Animation: this is a separate word !!!!!!! ! No wonder I called it all "Groundhog Day"! Morning gymnastics, afternoon gymnastics, evening games with children, minidisco, and just musical accompaniment is always under 1 disc!!!! ! Approximately 8 dance melodies for active recreation and the same number for passive. By the end of the holiday, I sang these songs by heart (and still sing now)! But at first I was surprised: how is it that children resting in a hotel memorize all the movements at the warm-up and at the disco so well. You would repeat them 4 times a day! Each evening performance ends with a round of tables and an invitation to everyone to: “disco, free, good! ” By the way, the disco is quite normal, and by Turkish standards, drinks there are quite inexpensive))))).
That's all. In conclusion, I want to say: most of the hotels in Alanya have the same disadvantages as the above. If you want a good hotel - Side, Kemer and surroundings, but not Alanya.
But, having spent a couple of liras, and having reached the center, you get access to a lot of paid pleasures, free places for festivities, a bunch of disco, cafes on the waterfront and all other attributes of the resort town.
