I chose a hotel for food, accommodation and the sea. We were checked into a hotel where nothing was cleaned in the room. We applied and we were told that this issue would be resolved, but no one solved it for us. A representative from Anex Tour came and asked, they did not listen to him either. And only the next day, when they once again came to sort it out, only then did they change the bed linen for us. The girl was only writing down our request, but did not pass it on to anyone. This hotel is not even worth its 4 stars. The playground that is listed there is 3x4, a small hill about a meter high, which stands in the sun and heats up, and in the evening there is no lighting there. The beach is not very clean, broken sunbeds. Sunset in the sea with plates. Animation as such and no, half an hour in the evening with the children. The food is the same, nothing special. We drank juice before leaving, and in the morning my child started vomiting and had a fever, we drove to the airport for 3.5 hours and upon arrival we ended up in the hospital. This is what our vacation was like.
The service here is terrible, a bunch of times you ask to do something and you will not be interrogated.
I won't go here again for sure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any money. I won't even go there for free.
