3. Staff: he made us happy, they were responsive, they solved problems clearly and quickly, we became friends with the hotel administrator from day 1, maybe that's why our problems were solved, or because the administrator tried to drag us to the disco.
4. Restaurant: A wonderful restaurant, mostly everyone sits outdoors. Fed on glory, there was everything that is necessary. There is one a la carte restaurant on site, it is located right by the sea on the terrace, the view is amazing, we didn’t like the restaurant at all, but the place where it is located is just super.
5. Pool: there are 3 pools on the territory, two open ones and one like in a grotto. The main pool, where there are slides and animation, is not very large, but very good, we also occupied sunbeds there, let me remind you that sunbeds should be taken at 6 in the morning, because later everyone will already be occupied, it was not difficult for us to get up, put towels and sleep again. The second pool in the grotto is right next to the main pool. The water is colder there and the third pool, we called it "boring", it is in the distance, it is usually quiet peaceful and boring.

They cleaned the room somehow, on the first day, yes, they made swans for us, scattered flowers, towels, but then they didn’t change the towels until we went to the reception and said change them, there were no tubes of gels, shampoos, although we had our own, but people, if you go to this hotel, take shampoos and shower gels with you.
7. Animation. Well, this is the most important thing, because we have been inextricably linked with animation for all 2 weeks. The first anima team: Alex, Max, Nikita, Zhardel, Thea, Alice, Lesya and two Yulia. Nikita left on the second day of our stay, like Thea, and he never returned, we were upset, because we really liked him, he speaks good Russian, jokes, in general, well done. Alex took the place of Nikita and then it began, a mess in the animation, they rather entertained themselves more than the guests, swam in the pool, rode the slides, burst into the room, behaved boorishly, rather unprofessionally. Evening shows were all monotonous, during our stay the Miss Ganita contest was repeated 3 times, and the bingo game was like that almost every other day. Reading previous reviews, I understand that the competition at the hotel has not changed since April, it's just stupidly all the same, even if they come up with something new. Max, like a favorite of women and children, yes, they love him there, but, MAX, as I refused him, it started like that, ignore, some kind of eternal curses in Turkish, he always came up and told us that we walk with our noses up.
