After the rest, I really wanted to leave the rest about the hotel and the tour operator. I'll start with the hotel. Don't count on 5*! There will be fewer disappointments. But it is also much cheaper in terms of money than normal fives. So everything is fair : ) We were there as a family with two children 4 and 8 years old from 5 to 15 June. The hotel is exclusively family! The youth have nothing to do there. If you are a fan of animation and are actively looking for entertainment yourself, then the local one will suit you. Julia from Tver (see review below) I remember! : ) VERY active and cheerful young lady! Didn't miss ANYTHING! : ))) But in general, the animation is rather weak, both for children and adults. They don’t do much in the mini-club, the children sit by themselves - who draws, who with the designer. If something is more interesting (for example, decorate a T-shirt or a picture of colored sand), then it is paid. In the evening, after dinner, cartoons, and then a children's disco with the same music and dances. Most of the children dance, of course, but mine got tired of it all very quickly and they didn’t want to go to the mini-club. True, they do a great children's show on Saturdays! A lot of kids are participating! Set up in 2-3 days. Adult animation during the day near the pool is fun. But if you prefer to relax on the beach, then you most likely will not even know about it! Girls-animators are generally some boiled. Aqua aerobics for old ladies! The kids slides are great and no water park needed (more on that later). The food is not great, but you won't leave hungry. There are a lot of pastries, but everything is so-so. From fruits watermelons, apples, apricots. There were strawberries a couple of times, but they are quickly scattered. And in general, as soon as something tastier, immediately turn! There is a children's kitchen, but 1-2 dishes and not too appetizing. What I liked is different yoghurts, pancakes, pizza, delicious kefir, grilled chicken. Yes, and very tasty ice cream every day after dinner for free!
The room is large and overall good. Cleaning every day, change of towels - I did not understand the schedule. Cleaning consists of washing the bathroom and hallway and cleaning the beds. The carpet in the room is not cleaned or vacuumed! From the pleasant - every day different decorations on the beds: both swans and mediums, even sprinkled flowers a couple of times. The mini-bar was filled daily, free of charge. The safe in the room is paid, but we did not use it and do not see the need at all.
The area is beautiful but small. Saved by the fact that near the village and it was possible to walk in the evening. Prices in the village are quite reasonable. You don't even have to watch anything at the hotel.

I liked the hammam in the hotel. $35 - and no one but you will be there. First sauna, then Turkish bath, peeling, tea, massage and mask. About two hours of fun and relaxation : )
The beach is small, and there is practically no entry into the sea. Either go down from the pontoon, or enter from the neighboring beach (50 meters to the right, there is a nice sand). There are huge layers of stone in the water near the shore. But we swam with neighbors, this is no problem! At sea, as a rule, there are small waves, which the children really liked : ) But the water is very salty and stings your eyes. What pissed me off the most was the busy sunbeds! Very often people left their towels and did not appear at all afterwards! Whether by the pool or by the sea.
A separate story is our tour operator Coral Travel. The biggest negative and utter disappointment! The only good thing about them is the transfer service. And even then the endless "gathering" of all the hotels on the way to excursions or to the airport was very annoying. Guides are liars! As soon as you arrive and get on the bus, you are warned that on the way back in front of the airport you will be taken to a candy factory where you can buy everything fresh and cheaper. Don't believe! We arrived at a large supermarket, where everything is one and a half times more expensive than it was in our town! We saw the hotel guide ONCE! He spun a bunch of fairy tales about excursions, brought down the loot and we never saw him again. Almost missed the tour because of him. Lists of departing flights appeared late in the evening, although we left at 3 am. Excursions are disgusting! Were in the water park "Troya" and on a children's yacht.
If someone is interested in the details, write to the soap. I will answer : )
