We chose this hotel as the first line, proximity to the sea and a budget option for families.
But the check-in was scandalous, there were four of us, and as it turned out, Relax Family Room was indicated in our voucher. And this is the 3rd building, which is located 1 km from the building, which is in the photo of the hotel. All would be fine, he seems to be on the first line too. But food, bar, swimming pool are located in the main buildings. And then there are two options either to walk or use their transfer, which is not very stable. Of course, no one told us about such a "little nuance" when booking a vacation. Our question of settling in a normal room in building A was resolved with the help of $ 40.
On the territory of the two main buildings (A and B) we liked: clean area, bar, pool and restaurant.

Our room was a cozy two-room suite with 2 balconies, two large beds and a sofa. Air conditioning was only in one room and it worked. The bathroom is not big (shower, toilet and washbasin), but clean. Everything you need for the toilet is present. They clean the room every day in a quick way, but if you leave $ 1, the cleaning is done more conscientiously. The disadvantages of the room include the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the ban on the availability of food and drinks in the room (everyone violates this ban).
Food and service are top notch! Not all 4s in Turkey can afford this. You will not find a variety of meat here, but you will not be left without a good piece of chicken, juicy cutlets or sausages. The chef makes the most of the set of products that he is given, there were no repetitions of the main dishes during the week of rest. The restaurant staff is always running and helping to solve your problems. The bar always has tea, coffee, cola, sprite or fanta. From alcohol: beer, vodka, gin, whiskey, white wine, red wine (before the bar closes, some of the drinks run out or simply do not pour). The main disadvantage of the bar is that all drinks (except tea and coffee) are poured into small plastic 100 gr. cups and in the heat of 38 degrees this cup is drunk even near the bar and you have to collect 3-4 cups to quench your thirst at least a little.
Animation is not every day, but the program is interesting for both children and adults. Faris, an animator, well done, organizes decent leisure, fire shows, dance shows, a disco for adults and children.
The main downside is the beach! It is traumatic, there is no way to swim there, there are stone slippery slabs in the water that will hurt your legs in a matter of seconds. This problem can be solved by swimming in the pool, entering the sea through a nearby pier (not always allowed) or a trip to the central Cleopatra beach (30 minutes by bus number 1).
In general, our holiday was a success, everything is super. The hotel answers 3 Turkish stars. But the main thing: when booking, do not take RELAX rooms, so as not to make a fuss when checking in, as you will not achieve the truth! During the day at the reception a Russian-speaking woman (you can still decide something), at night the Turks who say "Good! Come tomorrow. " During the week of rest, we saw 4 guests who, like us, "fucked up" and tried to solve the issue of settling in the main buildings (not everyone succeeded).

P. S. Do not buy excursions from your travel agents, the price is wound up several times. A tour that costs $ 15 in the city, we paid $ 35 per person.
Rest in this hotel is recommended, but be careful when booking, so as not to step on our rake.
