At the reception there are two girls who are not adequate at all. There is no safe in the room, so everything is open access. The food is the same from day to day. Bars work according to the schedule and if you want water, it is not a fact that you will take it throughout the hotel. There is no mini bar in the rooms, not even bottles of water. The pool is small, the sun loungers have already been removed. The beach with free sunbeds is terrible, paid sunbeds are 5 lire per day.
Well, the saddest thing about this vacation: on the last day before departure, they cleaned out our wallet with Russian money under clean, took even a trifle. Theft is rampant and the hotel's general manager is very calm about it. In the morning the money was in place, and in the evening they were gone. Even my underwear was stolen. We discovered this and went to the reception, began to demand the police, but they refused to call us. We called the TezTour guide, he arrived and we began to watch video from CCTV cameras that only film the corridor. At 13-11 and 13-14 there is a whole action of planned theft on the cameras. The cleaning lady sneaks into our room, enters, leaves the door open, leaves the room. She probably checked to see if the wallet was in place and made sure that we were calmly lying on the pool and sunbathing. After 1 minute, he returns with one towel in his hands and enters the room again, leaving the door open and disappears in the room for 40 seconds. The wallet contained 18.000 rubles and small banknotes with coins. Since there is no safe, the wallet was lying on the closet under the bag. He leaves the room, closes the door and wipes the door handle with a towel! Those. she knows that they can come and take prints, so they need to be erased. Then, walking along the corridor, she straightens her chest, as if she had something lying there. We assume that this is where she hid the money. Or maybe she put on a stolen bra. That evening, no one called the police to us, the guide recommended to wait until the morning when the owner comes and talk to him. We did just that, but the owner took the position that let the police figure it out. We went to the police and wrote a statement there. After about 20 minutes, a guy from the police came to us, took a picture of where the wallet and the wallet itself were, and left. After 2 hours, this cleaning lady was taken from the hotel. The second day is silence and no one does anything and does not try to solve the problem.
