1. Check-in: night flights to the hotel are very inconvenient for vacationers. 16 hours on the road, and you are offered from 5.30 am to wait until 14 hours to wait for check-in on the beach. Not every man is like that at once - for health reasons, without sleeping all night, he can go to the beach and wait another 7-8 hours.
2. Cleaning: towels were changed every day, garbage was removed from the bins, bedding was not changed once in 7 days, wet cleaning was not done.
3. Food: it is, but it is impossible to eat (not tasty). About queues - this is a separate issue ...
4. Animation: everything happens in the first building, if you live in building №2 - it's not convenient. I first read about daytime entertainment in the reviews of vacationers ...
5. And most importantly in almost 40 degrees heat - the beach: the sea is beautiful, but I could not get to it. I am an elderly, non-athletic person. Due to the presence of uneven slabs, I could not go to the sea on the beach of the hotel.
I went to the beaches of neighboring hotels, but I paid the so-called "5-star hotel".
