We rested with a group of friends in June 2026. This is a budget five-star hotel and we didn't have high expectations. The hotel is on the first line, but has three buildings. We lived in the second building across the street from the first (main) building, and my friends in the third - the farthest (near the amphitheater). The hotel is after renovation, everything is clean and not yet shabby. The safe in the room is paid, there is a kettle - tea and coffee, but the cups are paper. There is a soft drink bar in the refrigerator, which is replenished daily. There is 3-in-1 soap in the dispensers in the bathroom, we knew about it and took shampoo and conditioner with us. There are no bathrobes, only slippers. Of the minuses in the room - the air conditioner is located above the head of the bed. We left one card so that the air conditioner worked and cooled while we were gone, but the cleaners always turned it off. There were no complaints about the quality of cleaning. We always left either a Roshen chocolate bar or $ 1. There are Do Not Disturb and Need Cleaning buttons near the entrance switches. We were not disturbed when we turned them on. What was nice was that they did not forget about us and then (even in the evening) knocked and asked if we needed water or toilet paper. The service is very good, especially the bartender in the lobby bar (which works at night). Wi-Fi on the hotel premises is only paid - $ 2 per day, free is only in the lobby, but the speed is very poor. The more vacationers in the lobby, the worse the Wi-Fi. The food for us was tasty and varied. If we are picky, then on the only day of the week on Wednesday there was seafood and shrimp were overcooked and not tasty. Of the pluses, you can eat at night, the restaurant has soup and a small selection of sweets, vegetables and fruits for a snack. Fresh for breakfast is paid. The deposit for beach towels is returned ($ 10 per piece) upon check-out at the reception. Animation is active, there are discos, performances, Miss Hotel competitions, yoga, volleyball, darts, etc. There are several pools and slides. There are two snack bars by the pools, but unfortunately there are none on the beach! There is a bar on the beach and only gü zleme, and it is forbidden to take snacks from snack bars to the beach! A good spa - we went for a massage (a Ukrainian woman from Kharkov works at the reception in the spa), most of the masseurs are from Kazakhstan. After the massage, they make a face mask and you can visit the sauna, salt room. And the main minus for us is the very dirty sea and large boulders at the bottom! There is no pier from the hotel, there is a dismantled pier from a neighboring non-working hotel. Not far from the hotel there is a plastic factory and the whole sea is covered in plastic pieces and dirt. In the shower after the beach, not only sand but also pieces of plastic constantly fall out of the swimsuit. The whole bottom is covered in large boulders, it is difficult to enter the water, we had to buy corals near the hotel. But all the same, all our feet are in wounds and scratches. The whole bottom of the sea near the hotel is like in Egypt in corals. There is a market near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and everything you need. A little walk in 5 minutes there is a small supermarket Bim, the prices there are more pleasant than in the market. There are shopping centers and outlets in 40 minutes on foot, you can take a 50-minute bus that goes to Cleopatra Beach. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but we will not return from the sea again! I do not recommend children to rest at this hotel because of the sunset in the sea and the bottom, unless you are going to relax by the pool.
