The rooms were often cleaned - every day or every other day. The staff is very polite and smiling. All are fluent in Russian.
Feeding was also on the level. Especially liked pastries and vegetables.
The animation was top notch. Competitions are fun and entertaining, we participated in almost all of them.
The only thing is that the balcony overlooked the kitchen, and at night the air conditioner was terribly buzzing.
The tours were good too. We got wet to the skin on rafting. Water park is good.
