I will say right away, I used to think that bad reviews are written by people who are picky, inadequate and in a bad mood, who do not see the pluses, but look for some minuses....BUT! Now I understand these people, it's just a cry from their hearts and unfulfilled hopes for a great vacation.
Pros: WARM SEA and Good location of the hotel, good food, sweets. There are more cons. . .

We arrived with my husband and a child (4 years old), the first thing we felt was a terrible stuffiness in the hallway, corridors, and it was impossible to breathe in the elevator at all, we are not talking about cleanliness either. We are shown the first room, in the old building, which is still in need of repair. MOLD IN THE BATH!!! ! I will not talk about its harm to any organism, our child is allergic to mold and all sorts of fungi. We ask to see another number. . . The same thing. BUT THEY DON'T SEE THAT'S WRONG. "What's not to like about the number, what's bad??? " - they ask. For them, this is the norm! They show the third room - things are better with the bathroom, but the baseboards are all stained, also very similar to mold. The carpet is all stained, see the photo, if wine is spilled, if there is blood, just do it disgusting to put your feet there. The husband offered them money, they said there is nothing better... They said wait tomorrow, something might change. And we were forced to spend the night in this room. Everything in the room is old, half-broken, you wash yourself in the shower, there is a lot of water on the entire floor in the bathroom. The hotel's Internet does not catch !!! ! We could not report that we got there. At the Reception they freeze and say they don't know what's what. But in fact, in principle, he does not catch, and not just something is wrong with him today. And good people gave me a password from a nearby hotel, which catches only in a certain place, and very bad. And in this place the crowd, the club of witnesses of Wi-Fi, was lying)))). Question, how can I write that the hotel has internet? These same people told me that two of their children got the Coxsackie virus and a bunch of kids in the hotel. Advised not to swim in the pools at all and well, wash your hands. But those who have children will understand how it is not easy to control. They even let me take a picture of a hospital prescription from a local doctor.
We went to dinner, apparently due to the fact that it was late, there was nothing to take there, and dinner seemed terrible to us, in such and such a mood. I went to the toilet in a restaurant, and there was a nightmare in the sink that something was spilled, a general mess and dirt....I have not seen this in hotels before... HOW? Look at the photo))) In the restaurant, like an anthill, there is nothing to breathe, you need to look for clean appliances, wet chairs are also normal... We only dreamed of one thing, so that the child would not get sick and move out of this horror, we wanted to change the hotel. But we didn’t have to meet with our hotel guide, as he was two hours late, and then he just said I’d come in the evening. Fortunately, our friend Turk helped, who somehow contacted a manager of some kind, in general, it doesn’t matter, and we were given a different number. He was in another building, where the Reception was, he was not so good. BUT IT WAS CLEAN!!!!!
It did not have one leg in the bed, we substituted an ashtray, it had a bath and a shower was removed, which was not in the first room, and the child could not be washed properly. It had an incomprehensible hole in the ceiling, it had normal light in the room, and a clean carpet. But water dripped from the ceiling when the upstairs neighbors used the washbasin or shower, asked for three days to do something, but did nothing. Our mood in this room has improved. BUT, believe me, there were a lot of bad rooms and upset guests in the hotel... very much. The hotel beach is dirty, we walked 10-15 meters ahead, there is a great beach. You have to take sunbeds in the morning, then there are no places. Well, we didn't swim in the pools. The animators tried their best and entertained the people as best they could. But very noisy discos, interfere with sleep at night, who are waiting for a quiet rest, this is not here. Again, this is a minus of the hotel renovation, walls, windows are not insulated at all. We did not use the elevator, it was just disgusting, dirty foggy and dusty windows, although they are not only in elevators. The staff does not treat guests politely, even rudely. They do not want to give breakfast to those who leave the hotel. Although they gave, and you don’t even know what to eat, a piece of crumpled bread, some kind of incomprehensible fried potatoes, butter, but it’s not clear how to spread it, half a darkened apple... In short, we threw it all away.
In the end, I want to say that our child did get sick with this Coxsackie, when we had already returned from Turkey, he had a temperature for three days, a rash on his skin....No matter how hard we tried. I'm eating something at the hotel on the last evening.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried my best and wrote my review for the purpose of saving you from the wrong choice. I think that in terms of the number of negative reviews from vacationers in this hotel, it should not be offered at all to tour operators for tourists.
