Not bad, but the area is not suitable for travel with baby carriages.

We got to the hotel because the tour operator decided that we should be in this hotel, not what we chose.
PROS of the hotel:
1) Arrived at 12 o'clock at night we were settled quickly.
2) Food is good. There was enough meat and fish and vegetables and dairy products.
3) Good service in the cafe, nice waiters who promptly cleaned everything. The animators worked well.
4.2 swimming pools with sunbeds and bars nearby.
5) Neat hotel area.
6) Good location, to the center of Avsaalar 3 minutes.
Cons:
1) Number. We were in the 3rd building, settled on the top floor, where there is nothing to breathe. The furniture is upholstered, the sliding doors in the closet are difficult to open, the bathroom wants the best. It was scary to have some stagnant water from the air conditioner and the bathroom.
2) Cleaning. They made the bed as much as possible and wiped the floor near the bathroom.

One woman even said that she threw the towels on the floor to replace them with clean ones, then they just picked them up and hung them in place.
3) No beach towels.
4) There is no internet even on the lobby. You can buy a hookah for $ 4 a day.
5) Lack of ramps.
Rested with a baby 7 months, the stroller had to be constantly carried by high stairs that are everywhere. The hardest part was going down from the building to the cafe and to the beach. Of course, you could go around them despite the route.
6) The beach. Sunbeds are very close to each other, often they were not enough on the beach. We went to the beach next door, it's calmer.
7) Stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes. Often they were buggy, and with a pipe on the stairs to the 7th floor is difficult to climb. Once they met a huge cockroach there.
