Плохой отель Bad hotel

I have never seen such horror! In general, in order: two families flew, two mothers / two children, booked a room for 4, as it turned out they didn’t have such a number at all, they arrived in the evening, the devils settled us somewhere in the 4th building, the entrance of which is located across the street from view of the busy highway in the 3-bed room, when asked where the 4th would sleep, they only shrugged their shoulders, naturally we began to resent that the room was changed, in which even a cot could not be put an extra one, they said wait tomorrow when some room is free, the evening was irretrievably ruined, in the morning at a meeting with the guide, we demanded to change the room, somehow knocked out a room in the third building (at least you don’t need to bypass the hotel), waited until they cleaned it, under the doors (cleaning is a separate issue altogether, it simply is NOT! ) Half a day was lost for resettlement! The rooms are dirty, everything is old, it’s scary to go into the toilet with a shower, it was washed off with boiling water (imagine what a stink it was), they asked to fix it, they came only on the third day, they didn’t change the towels even once in a week, which, in principle, weren’t enough initially)) Very disregard for vacationers, I have not seen this in more than one hotel, you can’t describe all the indignation here! To say that we are picky customers, in no case, but we knew that we were going to the 4th, we read the reviews in the same way, we thought Well, different people write both good and bad, we will not pay attention to the shortcomings, but I really saw this firstly, and in the 5th, and 4th rested! The dining room is very small for such a hotel, there were sea people, queues everywhere, the food is average, like all Turkish, it is impossible to drink alcohol all diluted, there is no drinking water, take a glass and go to your room! The only beach is good, paradise for children, sand and sunset is good, and the hotel area is not bad, the only pluses! There is no owner of the hotel! In general, I would not recommend at all! P. s. And, what is most interesting, I had to discuss this vital topic with many vacationers, and so everyone was unhappy, the question is where do the positive reviews come from? ))
