Rested with the family from September 7 to September 20. We would like to share our experience of staying at the hotel. Let's start with the positives - there is a medium-sized pool for adults, a small one for children and water slides. The number consisted of two rooms, one medium room, in which there is a small bed and a children's room with two bunk beds. The hotel is located near the beach, on Wednesdays there is a market near the hotel, you shouldn’t take things and souvenirs there (it’s cheaper in shops), but you can buy fruit at the closing of the market at a low price. Cheerful and cheerful animator Devrim tried to amuse and entertain people, only the program is the same, especially for children. A big plus on the beach is a bar, all drinks and beer including)))) non-alcoholic.
There were more cons than pros. They settled us after 15:00 and waited for the room to be vacated and cleaned (here, as someone is lucky, they can settle right away). There were no towels and soap in the room (however, soap and shower gel are not lathered). If you are not satisfied with the number, do not move in, ask to be immediately given another number. We agreed to their promises that tomorrow they would put us in another room, and we agreed, but they didn’t move us, and we suffered to sleep on a small one and a half-sleeping bed. The room was cleaned, without wet cleaning, the bed was straightened and the blanket was folded. Towels were changed only once in 14 days, bed linen was never changed. The food was monotonous, periodically they gave chicken and sometimes fish (the cheapest, herring to taste), at first there were watermelons, oranges, apples, but there were no watermelons after a week... Non-alcoholic beer, gin and vodka were either diluted with water, or initially too non-alcoholic. Near the pool, they almost never clean up during the day, since from childhood we are accustomed to leave cleanliness and order after ourselves, we cleaned ourselves. The beach is small, there are sun loungers, mattresses, a bar, but I don’t recommend entering the sea from the side of the beach to swim, it’s very dangerous for life (swim on the left, it’s cleaner and flat bottom to the plates). Hamam in the hotel is not very good, although a masseur with a license works (next to the Grand Troika Hotel, according to other tourists, it is better and cheaper).
I also want to note the work of the staff, everyone seems to be smiling, but the result is not much....For example, in the evenings, for some reason, they remove tables and chairs, explaining that they “remove for the duration of the animation” - they put them in rows in front of the stage... Somehow, the wishes of the Guests are not taken into account - maybe I want to sit comfortably at the table, drinking my favorite drink (in this hotel in any case, if from the bar, non-alcoholic))))))) … no! no choice! as a result, a few people are sitting in front of the stage, and the rest are on sun loungers (what nonsense !!!! ), since there is nowhere else. But the manager of the dining room sits at the only table with a tablecloth, and the only bartender brews coffee for him, and the guests stand with outstretched hands near the bar! I hope tour operators or hotel management read the reviews after all and take this into account. A little more respect for your Guests, pay more attention to cleanliness, review a little menu and everything will be fine, this hotel has the opportunity to become good: the sea is nearby, spacious rooms, a large pool, adequate staff who can teach everything.

Well, the weather and the sea, of course, did not let us down, we swam in the gentle warm sea and basked in the hot sun, the main thing is mood, positive, and then no hotel can spoil your vacation, so if your budget is limited, but the soul is urgent needs a holiday, go and relax, and everything will be fine!
