If you want a real five, then buy a ticket at the price of a five, and not buy at the price of a three and demand a five service. As for the food, I'm shocked by some of the reviews, you have a personal chef at home who prepares Michelin-level dishes for you every day. The food is all delicious and fresh, they constantly add something new, different fish and red fish every day, also chicken in different variations every day, different types of potatoes, cheeses, salads, everything is fresh. Liver and veal are not every day, but they are there. Watermelon is very tasty. The dining room is clean.
The room on the third floor was beautifully cleaned, but they don't clean it during your stay, they washed the floor every other day, but if you make a request at the reception, they will do everything right away. The air conditioner started blowing warm air, the receptionist came to check it right away (I don't know what his name is), sent a repairman, he fiddled with it for a long time, but he did everything. Ours and the friends we were traveling with, the air conditioner wouldn't turn on and the toilet wouldn't flush, they also fixed everything instantly. The repair in the room is new. The mattress is comfortable, the water pressure is strong, the water is hot all the time. The cleaning in general on the territory is not very good, but I came to relax, not to monitor the cleaning. Towels and garbage are not taken out every day, the sun loungers on the beach are dirty, they could use a little washing from the slag, and the mattresses are old. There is no alcohol in the hotel, for us it's a plus that drunk faces don't climb in, especially Russians, because there are a lot of them here.
The pool is huge and very clean.

All the disadvantages that I listed do not matter to me, I came from overseas, so I will gladly go here again.
By the way, it is better to enter the sea in corals, there are large stones at the bottom, but a little to the right there is an entrance from another hotel without stones and without waves, fenced with breakwaters.
Beach towels are issued at the entrance to the spa, every day.
Wi-Fi is free, catches almost everywhere, on the beach it is not enough.
