We rested at Hedef Resort & SPA from May 4 to May 11. The impressions about the hotel were the warmest and most positive.
To begin with, upon arrival we were immediately fed and settled in the room, although we arrived early. We booked a room for the newlyweds, but we did not like the one in which we were settled. We turned to the guest-relationship for Russian-speaking guests, and we quickly and without problems changed the room to another one with a beautiful view of the sea. Without any surcharge.
I liked everything in the hotel.
The kitchen is great. Impressed by the variety of dishes and sweets. Everything is fresh and tasty.
The staff is polite and friendly. We always felt a special attitude towards ourselves, it was very nice!
The reception works flawlessly, you are always smiling. Almost everyone understands and speaks Russian. I especially liked the receptionist Natalia.
Animation. Gorgeous! We didn't get bored for a minute! Thank you guys!
