To begin with, I booked and paid for a tour to a completely different 5-star hotel. Booked more than a month in advance, Pegas confirmed the availability of rooms on certain days in the selected hotel. We immediately paid for the tour, the cost of the flight on the Turkish Air, which turned out to be twice as expensive as domestic charters, but without delay and with a decent service (taking into account the long road, even a normal lunch on board matters). In addition, we bought train tickets to Moscow in advance. And a week before the start of the tour, Pegas suddenly announced that for some reason they had a failure in the program, there were no rooms in the paid hotel and, as an alternative, offered the Hedef Resort & Spa Hotel for the same price. It was a sign. But since with not without difficulty the vacation would not wait, and there was no time left to search for other options and red tape with the return of the purchased tickets, she agreed to fly to Hedef.
"Surprises" began already at the airport of Alanya. Representatives of Pegas for a long time could not decide which bus to take us to the hotels. Not only does it take 2.5 hours to get on the road, but we are also traditionally taken to not understand where, where the driver supposedly needs to have a bite to eat (and he didn’t have time for this all day). As a result, we, having paid for a day of rest, which essentially disappeared, since the plane arrived at almost 17.00, and taking into account all sorts of delays, even for dinner, which is until 21.00, we simply do not have time to get to the hotels. Guide Pegas, who is obliged to accompany all tourists to the reception, said in the middle of the road that it was not convenient for him to go further, because. then no one will take him to his place of residence, they say, the driver (who does not know either English, much less Russian) will somehow carry everyone anyway. In the end, we sat down on our own. Fortunately, at that time, an administrator who knew Russian was on duty at Hedef. Everyone in an unfamiliar hotel must also get to their room on their own. And no one checks the serviceability of electrical appliances and plumbing during check-in. I got lucky with the number. The furniture is not new, but decently preserved, plumbing is also almost serviceable. Only the remote control from the antediluvian TV turned out to be broken and the batteries in it were dead. The administrator graciously replaced the batteries and after 20 minutes a master was found who fixed the broken-down remote control. As for the elevator. In the first 5-storey (in fact - there are 7 floors, including the + lobby and basement, where the dining room and spa are based) building, instead of two, only one worked with grief in half. The second one in a week of my stay was never fixed. And given the huge number of "vacationers", using the elevator every time turned into a mini-adventure.
The promised wi-hi was not connected anywhere. The administrator explained, they say, there are too many people, the connection is bad due to overload. In general, about the normal connection - forget it!

The room was cleaned daily, putting bottles of shampoo, balm, shower gel, soap bars. Used towels (as soon as they were thrown on the bathroom floor) were changed to clean ones, and every day different patterns were “drawn” from the waffle sheet.
There were no problems with food. There was even something to choose from. I will make a reservation that I usually tried to get to the beginning of the meal, therefore there were clean dishes and dishes in stock. Even taking into account the huge number of tourists, there was no shortage of food and drink.
I will intercede in favor of the hotel staff - for the most part they try in every possible way to satisfy the needs of guests. Although, it is noticeable that much of the hotel is heavily used. But some guests behave, admittedly, like a pig. Free alcohol is consumed by individuals all day long. I think it's not worth describing the result of such libations with free unlimited snacks, especially at the pool bar. Therefore, there is not only dirty, but also the corresponding "flavors".
I usually don't swim in resort pools with chlorinated water if there is a living sea nearby. But since during our “rest” the sea was stormy, I once ventured to plunge into the pool. While swimming, some portly Turkish youths frolicked nearby. Then they jumped out to the “land”, rushed along the bridges thrown across the pool, and under one of the guys a wooden board collapsed along with a rusted metal support. The hero miraculously only got scared, but did not break anything. Well, with an excess of people, of course, finding a free place by the pool is tricky.

But the majority, one must think, fly to Turkey just to swim in the warm sea. And here is just a "bummer". The sea is there. But do not approach him. The Hedef beach area is in a frankly deplorable state. Another hotel, to the right, has clean sand, and Hedef has dirty sand with mixed pebbles and cigarette butts (again, “thanks” to some guests). Entry into the sea is extremely uneven and rocky. The de jure pontoon is present. But de facto, from the pier down, they are equipped not with normal steps, but with two metal-type rustic stairs with completely rusted rungs. And every time you use these ladders, even when it's calm, you run the risk of getting bloody. And if there are waves, it is better to stay away altogether. But on the final day of the “rest” it’s a shame not to swim, especially if you are waiting for the desired release to get to the sea all year. As usual, the sea raged. However, if you wish, you can guess and slip between the waves. If one of the "comrades in misfortune" does not inadvertently get stuck on the stairs. A compatriot who slowed down at the wrong time did not allow me to quickly climb the stairs. As a result, the wave hit me so hard that I heard air come out of the pillow, which, fortunately, was in my hands, otherwise it’s scary to imagine how rusty splinters would have pierced my stomach. Having got out on the shore, she found that her entire left leg was covered in bloody abrasions. Thank you, beach mate helped stop the bleeding. Another man was thrown onto the coastal boulders during this approach. The result is a fracture.
The sunbeds and mattresses are completely “killed” and definitely have never been washed since the opening of the hotel, even if some are more or less usable, everything is covered with “centuries-old” dust.
In general, if anyone needs extreme adrenaline - you are in Hedef.
