There are only three buildings, where the third one is completely closed, the second one is half working. The representative of the company dropped us at the reception. The staff was not in uniform, we were escorted to the room, I had to pay extra with a better view and no smell, but there was no lock on the toilet door, the door to the balcony did not open, the phone did not work, the toilet paper did not hold, cockroaches periodically ran from a hole in the wall, condition The rooms are not 5* like the rest of the hotel. In the morning, the representative of the company quickly got rid of us, did not even offer any excursions. And in the late afternoon it started to rain and the hotel leaked in all possible places, the entire first floor leaked, water poured from the glass roof, -1 floor received water from all exits to the street, there was a restaurant where dinner was just, a spa and access to the territory with a pool, everything was in the water and everyone walked in the water. Ultra All Inclusive - lure!! ! From drinks: soda and a machine with a concentrate drink, coffee and tea also from old rusty machines, no non-alcoholic cocktails. If you watch how the staff pours a drink into a plastic disposable cup and gives it to you with an unclean hand, the desire disappears. Once again - the staff is not in shape, who is like. The entertainment program consisted of animation at 21.00 and beach volleyball. To drink something after 21.00, you have to go to the farthest corner on the street - the pool bar, nothing else worked. We were promised a SPA individually, but there were not one, but ten people, the condition is bad, dirty, the locker rooms do not work, the toilets stink. Passing into the amphitheater every time you get a huge portion of alcohol-vomit aroma. By the pool the sunbeds are broken and some of the umbrellas are torn with rusty bases. On the way to the beach, 2 minutes, two smelly sewer hatches passed and got to a dirty beach, where the sewerage flowed into the sea. The bar on the beach had the same rusty machines and the same staff, there was no food. There was a pier in the sea, which was damaged after the storm, and two rusty stairs, one was lost after the storm. In the restaurant, the menu was unchanged and street cats constantly walked, the tablecloths were old, dirty and torn, the windows were dirty, there weren’t enough places, cigarette smoke from the street got into the hall, dirty plates and cutlery had to be wiped by ourselves. Every day we went with questions to the reception, which were not resolved. Three days before the end of the trip, we got poisoned and spent all the time in the room. Even the air conditioner stopped working on the 6th day. As a result, out of 5 * the hotel proved to be 2 *. DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD RATES!!! !
