We read the reviews and didn’t even want to go there, we were very upset, but everything had already been paid for. In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel.
We read that you need to tip twenty dollars to be settled in a normal room, I decided to make a tricky move, don’t put money in right away, but when you check in, go in, see what kind of room and, if you don’t like it, ask for another, but with a tip. Well, the room turned out to be good even without a tip) clean, neatly made bed, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap (no toothpaste, brush, bathrobe and slippers! ), the air conditioner cooled perfectly! ) not every day, but once four in a week they brought clean towels, a set of shampoos, shower gel, we had enough)) of the minuses - the water in the shower did not go well, they reported this to the reception, but nothing has changed. And the room was overlooking another building, but we only came there to spend the night, we didn’t admire the views from the room))
From what we didn’t try, it’s a TV, I don’t know who it comes in handy there, probably for those who fall asleep under the TV)) Wi-Fi sometimes caught in the room, but it’s best at the reception. The room had a private balcony, with wicker chairs and a small table, we never needed it.

At the reception there is a service for putting things in order, we gave it to be ironed, for a dollar per thing. I also asked for thread with a needle - they gave me a small set with me. But they don’t give scissors, we had to cut off the tags from things, or they cut it off ourselves, or they said to cut it off without leaving the reception. And the scissors were blunt.
There is a spa downstairs, I really liked the massage there, go for sure))
Swimming in the pool after 22 was not allowed because they started to clean it.
The pools themselves are good, large, clean, there are many vacationers, but there was always enough space to swim. Inflatable rings and mattresses are sold right next to the pool.
I liked the food, there are always a lot of vegetables, they make cool tortillas with cheese, there are a lot of different cheeses, olives, black olives, they always fry something on the street, we tried fish, meat, and liver, fast food at the pool bar, from fruits they cut watermelon and melon, tea is good, but coffee is only from a machine, like at gas stations - coffee is so-so)) There are a lot of people - therefore, for everything delicious, such as grilled chicken, pancakes in the morning, etc. gotta stand in line
The beach is very close - for us it was a huge plus, there are places in the sea where there are no plates, look where the most people swim - you can't go wrong, we mostly swam on the beach area of ​ ​ another hotel, no one kicked them out, they even took sun loungers))
I won’t say anything about the bar on the beach - we didn’t use it, we only took water and soda at the hotel bar, there really is a sour smell from beer.
The staff is excellent, everyone is very polite, in the dining room (well, you can’t call it a restaurant)), young guys are constantly fussing, cleaning dirty dishes from the tables. There was always a place to eat. After dinner, they always started cleaning too, in general, well done, they work 24/7.
In general, I liked the hotel, but our priority was excursions, walks, etc. The room only took a shower and slept.
I can’t say anything about entertainment, I heard music by the pool, some competitions, but we didn’t go there.
