УЖАС!!! HORROR!!!

Traveled with my wife and brother's family. The hotel I will say right away was nowhere worse. My wife and I were given a room for the disabled, where there is a toilet bowl in the toilet and rain dangles on the wall. For some reason, my wife’s bag was brought to my brother’s room (6 floors difference), but I didn’t wait for my bag, I accidentally found it under the doors of another room. An interesting start. Let's go to the bar. We saw a fight between a waiter and a tourist. On the second day, they realized that the serving restaurant did not care about tourists, in the truest sense of the word. They constantly cursed at the reception, either with cleaning the rooms (they weren’t cleaned, they took the tip), then with the change of towels (they weren’t changed at all), but at the reception they also didn’t give a damn about us. As for the hotel guide (Muhamed), he didn't care about you even more. The food was terrible, it's not the first time I'm resting in ultra all inclusive. There was always a shortage of forks, huge queues everywhere, potential indignation and curses from the Turks. Vacation was ruined from day one. At the reception, by the way, there was a queue of rude and angry tourists, but the managers didn’t care at all: who is screaming? why is she screaming? They only smile back at you. And as it turned out later, they never helped anyone. People throughout the rest asked to change their towels, but no one changed them. Dirt is everywhere. During the holiday, we talked to many tourists (more than 30) and they were all HORRIBLE from the hotel! I don't recommend anyone to go here!! ! Although in 2011 there was no such bullshit and rudeness here. The most interesting, my brother and his family rested in this hotel in 2008, and it was a super hotel, but, unfortunately, that was gone. I give 2 points. It hasn't been worse, so I don't know what to compare it to. Here you can write about everything terrible in the hotel, but it will drag on for a long time. So that's it. . .
