My family and I (4 adults and a child) are currently staying at this hotel. We always rested in 5 *, this is the first experience 4. We stopped in the evening on 09/05/21. At the reception, we were politely issued, helped to bring things to the room. We went to assess the situation, but it was also not cleaned there (although the room was not occupied) and music was playing loudly from the street. We have a three-year-old daughter, of two evils we chose a view of the road)) with the name of the garden)) Since the road from home took 12 hours, we decided to stay and feed the child, put him to sleep.
We were promised to repair the air conditioner in one of the rooms, the safe and clean it. They asked for money. The food is delicious, a large selection of dishes for every taste for both children and adults. No frills, but chicken, beef, liver, white fish (stewed with and without vegetables, grilled, fried, with and without seasonings), rice, potatoes, pasta, chopped vegetables and salads, sauces, sweets, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, plums, oranges, lemons, grapefruit).
