We stayed at the hotel from August 23rd to August 30th, 2025.
The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and friendly. There were issues with room cleaning until we reported it to reception. Our beds were simply made, but neither the sheets nor the towels were changed. Even the crib (which, by the way, was torn and had holes in it) was only replaced on the fourth day. The tables weren't wiped. Everything changed only after we complained. We only managed to get nice towels on the beds once (when we didn't leave money, they forgot), even though we left money on the beds every day. The hotel grounds are small, so there's nowhere to play with a child.
The entertainment staff really did a great job entertaining the guests as best they could, and it was fun. There's a small pool for children, separate from the main pool, which is a plus. There's also a separate room for children, where the entertainment staff worked with them.
The food is tasty, but repetitive. Special thanks to the waiters, who work like bees and always have a smile.
We are most grateful to the spa staff: Hasan, Mami, and Cemile. They are very pleasant, courteous, and kind. Hasan helped us choose the most appropriate treatments to improve our health. He also consulted us on other issues we had in mind. He is a very charismatic and pleasant person. Mami is a chiropractor; in just 7 days, he relieved my girlfriend's back pain, which had been bothering her for years, with massages. He also improved my daughter's back, hips, and other problems after giving birth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend anyone who needs to improve their health to contact Mami. Cemile is a wonderful person, both in communication and in her attitude towards guests. While we were discussing massages and other matters, she spent time with our little princess. She was delighted with her.
We will not return to this hotel; it is rather boring and has a small area. While neighboring hotels had music and fun every evening, at this hotel, the only entertainment in the evenings was the bartenders at the two bars. Thanks guys.
