We rested from 06/08/18 to 07/06/18 as a family of two adults, two children (11 years old and 2 years old). We arrived in the morning at 11 o'clock. Settled quickly (bribes were not required) for 30-40 minutes. We were given a sea view room on the fourth floor.
The room is spacious with a large balcony. There are two beds in the room, a double bed and a single bed, the same chair that folds out into a bed (I pulled this chair out onto the balcony and slept on the balcony in the mood, and my wife sunbathed on the balcony at the time of the little one’s sleep). It was also possible to take a playpen bed, but we did not take a place and so everyone had enough. Also in the room there is a TV, a refrigerator in the bathroom, a hair dryer (the wife said that the hair dryer is good). The air conditioner did not really like to set the optimum temperature was not easy. It is also worth noting that all electricity in the room is turned off when you take out the key with a magnetic key fob. Cunning infidels attached the key to the key fob with a soldered ring 2.5-3 mm approximately. But they didn’t run into that))). Armed with a knife in the dining room, and on the beach with two large pebbles, using this not tricky tool, after spending 30 minutes, I broke the ring. So, if you are going to a hotel, take a sheet for metal will not be superfluous))). I can’t say anything about cleaning, my wife cleaned herself, and I took shampoos and other things from the cleaner’s cart myself, since she stands on the floor for half a day.
In general, the usual number is a little tired, but nothing critical. Plus a nice sea view. The minus is noisy, but we slept normally both at night and at nap hour.

FOOD tasty and varied especially pleased with the fruit. Cherries, peaches, nectarines and apricots almost every day, not to mention watermelons, melons and all sorts of pears with apples. Cherries, probably, in my whole life I have not eaten as much as during this vacation. Every day grilled meat or fish, kebabs, shawarma, chicken, turkey rolls. Several times gave mussels and shrimps. Several types of noodles, salad bar with pump sauces including pomegranate sauce. Sweets in abundance - figs, prunes, dried apricots and a bunch of other food. There were good soups, even borscht. Also, in addition to the main restaurant, there is a snack bar that opens at 12-00 and serves hamburgers, french fries, nuggets, pizza or shawarma (shawarma is rarely served). Plus a salad bar and fruit. At 11-00, the grandmother takes over her post and makes cakes with cheese, potatoes and sugar. Ice cream is served at 18:00 until dinner at 19:00.
Food for five points of criticism is not what there is, everything is very tasty. Probably the best food I've ever had in a hotel. But the queues are just something not probable; I have not seen such queues in more than one hotel. They are gigantic and stand as tightly as in Lenin's mausoleum. To take the ice cream queue to take 20 minutes before the start of the distribution. In order to have enough tables in the restaurant (there are fewer tables than rooms), you must also arrive twenty minutes or an hour after opening. But even after an hour there can be huge queues for shlik and other meat. Although in fairness I will say that when I came on the last day to photograph the queues for a review, they were not there.
DRINKS AND ALCOHOL are represented by four "socamats" one in the lobby bar and the other in the restaurant, snack bar and on the beach. In general, not bad juices a la zuko. I drank them a little (2 years) allergies and colic was not. Three "coffee machines" in the lobby bar, restaurant and snack bar. Good coffee, cappuccino, mochachino, cocoa and more. I liked the variety of tea, delicious, fragrant. Also in bars they pour cola, etc.
But the alcohol disappointed, in the bars there is only beer, vodka, brandy, gin and wine. What is passed off as whiskey is orange flavored vodka. That is, the hotel has no whiskey, no cognac, no liquor. How is that even possible!?
Of the benefits that the disco, which by the way every day the bar is free.

BEACH can be summed up in one word ! ! PAIN! ! pebbles of the perfect size to cause maximum pain to the feet (I had to buy special shoes for swimming for the first time in my life). But this is not all, the bottom goes very steeply into the depths, large waves also add problems to parents (I personally saw how a boy of 12 years old was turned over by a wave and rolled his face on the pebbles half of his face in bloody abrasions). Why, even for children, it happened to me in special shoes to go in and out of the sea is very problematic for a minute, I am almost two meters tall, 130 kg of weight. Nearby, the Alara River flows into the sea. In this connection, there is always a slight turbidity and cooler water on the surface of the sea. Of course, the hotel is not to blame for everything described above, and if you go to some other hotel nearby, even more expensive and fancy, you will still come across this terrible beach.
But the hotel also added its two cents to the deterioration of life for tourists. There is no pier that would greatly facilitate the life of vacationers. The beach is very narrow, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, especially closer to the sea (which is very important for people with children, because the child must be constantly monitored). You need to borrow sunbeds no later than 7 in the morning. There are always scandals on the beach and there was even a fight for a “place in the sun”. At the pool the situation with sunbeds is not better.
For $20 you can rent a gazebo with two beds and two sunbeds. Also in the gazebos is a refrigerator with beer and wine in a small amount, plus fruit. So, if you go to a hotel, I recommend stocking up on money for these gazebos, this will greatly improve your vacation. At least you don't have to wake up at 6:50 like me.
The territory of the hotel is compact. Which is convenient for trips to the sea. Green, well-groomed. There are three swimming pools, one of them is for children. Also, three water slides operate twice a day on duty. There is a shop on the territory, prices, when something is like everywhere else in Alanya, but something is three times more expensive. There is a hairdresser by the pool during the day weaves pigtails and makes henna tattoos are valuable sane. Also the leather shop in it was nothing to say I can not. There is also a sauna and a hammam. Liked the sauna. Hamam in appearance is also nothing. You can also order a massage there and feed the fish with your feet. There are two pool tables, two mini football tables and a ping-pong table. There is not a big playground, as for me it was possible to make the playground bigger and more diverse. Opposite, the playground is an amphitheater where animations and pr. There is also a volleyball field. And not a bigger gym. There is a disco every day, but people don't dance willingly.

In general, the territory is good, I have no complaints here. I would even say that everything is cozy and pleasant (except for the disco).
SURROUNDINGS Three kilometers from the hotel there is a large market and "migros" (local "five"). There is also a water park not far away, but it seemed to me that it is small and expensive. There are many forests and mountains in the area, once when it was raining and cloudy, I enjoyed walking through the local cedar forest. Plus there is a river nearby where trout is found. On the river not far from the hotel, you can fish from a special pier for money and ride a zipline. There is an equestrian club across the street from the hotel for $25 per hour.
Summarizing, I can say that I was very pleased with the rest. The hotel has good staff, the bosses are always at the hotel, there is also a "guest-relationship" where a Russian-speaking employee will help solve all issues. In principle, I would still stay in this hotel, but the second time I will not return to the hotel (unless there is a very big discount). The main problem of the hotel is the beach and overcrowding.
P. S.
In the hotel, free Wi-Fi is activated by entering the number and year of birth. Catches almost the entire territory except the rooms and the beach. Maximum speed in the lobby.

I was an eyewitness to a fight between a tourist and a cleaner. As it turned out, the janitor tried to rape a fifteen-year-old girl. The head of security, the general director and the staff of the personnel department immediately took up the investigation of this incident. After viewing the recording from the surveillance camera and interviewing the participants in the incident. The management of the hotel sided with the tourists. After the tourists refused to call the police, the janitor was kicked out the same day. Also, the security works well during the disco several times I saw how they break up the fights of drunken tourists. Although somewhat harsh, they still keep order. He upset the dry ration, leaving at night we were given a piece of bread, a tube of butter and juice on the road. There was not even a knife to butter. Why couldn't they make sandwiches with sausage and cheese, which are always a mystery in a restaurant?
