We rested with my family: me, my husband and a teenage child of 14 years old from June 13 to June 23.2014 from the tour operator NEWS Travel.
I will say right away that we were looking for a very budget option in the city center, because we planned to spend most of the time outside the hotel - sightseeing and excursions. And they chose the cheapest hotel with an all-inclusive system, and therefore complaints and complaints are inappropriate. But still, I will try to tell about the hotel objectively, so that those who are just going on vacation have a clear idea where they are going, because whoever is warned is armed.

When, during the transfer from the airport to the hotel, all the other tourists were taken to the hotels and we were alone in the minibus, I, frankly, was glad that no one would see our shame, because I imagined what a hole we were going to. But the driver and the accompanying girl guide - did not represent. The situation was complicated by the fact that the Turkish driver spoke only Turkish, and the Russian girl-guide only Russian.
In general, they did not understand each other well and did not understand at all where to take us. After long disputes between the driver and the guide, studying the map and asking passers-by, we finally got to our miracle hotel.
We arrived around 12 noon and were given the keys to our room immediately.
What can I say about the room - wretched squalor: very small, made of furniture - a small cabinet, a tiny dressing table under a small mirror and a tiny bedside table without a door, the doors to the balcony and windows are dilapidated, covered with dusty tattered curtains. From equipment - TV and air conditioning. Whoever is used to seeing a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a telephone and other “excesses” in triples - forget it, there is none of this here.
The bathroom is generally melancholy: very cramped, smelly, it is almost impossible to see oneself in the mirror as it is stained and eaten away by mold, the shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a low ledge in the floor, well, all this is hidden behind a decrepit, translucent, poorly closing door. However, the bathroom will greatly please curious people who are always interested in knowing what is happening with others - the audibility is simply extraordinary, the conversations of all the neighbors are heard verbatim (this is with regards to conversations in the rooms), what is happening in the toilet is heard on all floors.
Before the trip, we read the reviews and knew exactly where we were going, so we were not particularly surprised by anything, humbly said ok to the guy from the reception who accompanied us and began to unpack our things. Fortunately, it turned out that our air conditioner did not work, and instead of repairing, the same guy from the reception offered us a choice of 2 more rooms.

They turned out to be a little better, and, grabbing the already unpacked things, we immediately ran into one of them, there was almost no smell in the toilet, and there was even a curtain in the shower, and the balcony overlooked the mountains.
Room cleaning was no problem. We left the cleaner 1 dinar / day, and we had no problems with cleanliness in the room. I made it clear about the change of towels by leaving them on the sink, in return there were always clean ones. Bed linen, however, has never been changed - apparently it’s not allowed here : )
I was very amused by the hotel elevator, the doors to which you need to open yourself, and its movement is accompanied by the sound of pouring water - I have not yet been able to ride in such elevators.
Regarding the bar, dining room and food:
The hotel does not have its own kitchen and food is brought (I don’t know where) immediately before the meal.
Yes, the food is far from luxury, but do not forget that this is the top three, and the cheapest, given this, there are no complaints or complaints - none of us got poisoned, our stomachs did not hurt, moreover, we did not even lose weight. Some of the tourists in the morning cursed at the lack of food, but friends, boiled eggs, olives, cheese, cucumbers with tomatoes, bread with butter and jams - this is a common breakfast in Turkish families, well, it’s not customary for them to eat three throats early in the morning . Oh yes, there is also sausage, which is very fond of local cats (feeding cats is a popular pastime among hotel guests) and muesli. Regarding the lack of meat - yes, there is none, but you go to the store, see how much it costs, and you will immediately understand that it simply cannot be in a hotel of this level. Therefore, it is replaced mainly by soybeans, legumes and eggplant, a couple of times they gave chicken.
From fruits: alternated apples, oranges, melons and watermelons.

From drinks: tea, coffee, yupi water, plain drinking water - freely available, cola and sprite - at the bar. From alcoholic ones: beer, which at first tasted like shampoo to me, but then I somehow got used to it, and wine (white and red) is quite normal, heartburn did not torment me, my head did not hurt. There are no rums, gins, whiskey, etc. here, not even vodka and raki, only beer and wine. The bar is open until 22.00.
Now about the nightingale itself - a small one, because the hotel itself is small, on the street under a canopy, the tablecloths are dirty to disgrace, the garbage from them is swept away with a brush similar to clothes, and what has spilled remains forever. To be honest, I don’t understand why it was necessary to breed this unsanitary conditions, tablecloths are for more star hotels, where they are removed and washed after each meal, and in hotels of this level there are usually bare tables that are easy and simple to wipe.
Another unpleasant thing is that the hotel borders on the school, and the dining room fence is exactly the same as the school playground and football goals, so the soccer ball often hits this fence, which is not very pleasant during meals.
Despite the fact that the hotel is urban and rather small, it has a quite decent pool and even a slide, which is turned on when you ask.
Regarding the staff - normal guys, always trying to the best of their ability to do everything for a comfortable stay for tourists.
Well, about the beach - it is not far, 5-10 minutes walk, sunbeds are paid, the entrance to the sea is not very good, in some places there are large stones that are not visible when the sea is rough. To be honest, paying for a sunbed while relaxing in such a cheap hotel is stupid, so many lie side by side on the sand on towels.
Yes, and hanging around all the time on this beach is not worth it, because there is also a wonderful Cleopatra beach (on the other side of the peninsula) and boat trips on pirate boats with swimming in the sea.

Going to such a cheap hotel with completely unflattering reviews on the net and after such a long search for it upon arrival, I did not expect to see so many people in it, but the hotel is almost completely populated, most are Russian, many with small children, and faces everyone is quite happy.
So think for yourself, decide for yourself .. .
