The bracelet is issued immediately and you can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel until the settlement. They settled in the new moonlight building, all the rooms are new, after repair, clean, tidy, there are no complaints. Cleaned every day and the swans were twisted out of the sheets, despite the fact that $ 1 was left or not. There are always 2-3 Russian-speaking administrators at the reception, there were no problems with this either. The staff more or less understands Russian, so you can always explain yourself. A large, very well-groomed territory, a large beach, there were no problems with sun loungers either near the pool or on the beach. Got 2 things: the food clearly did not reach 5 stars. I lacked meat dishes - there were mostly chicken, sardines, a couple of times stewed beef and kebab. Near the pool from 12 to 16 fried cutlets from which you could build or sandwiches or eat with french fries, but the quality of minced meat left much to be desired.
Beach towels - by the end of the season they were faded, which made them look very sloppy and smelled very strongly of washing powder (apparently they used a very scented one)
In general, I liked the hotel, I could relax and unwind.
