Check-in is fast! The rooms are large and modest. The shower is not comfortable and not well thought out (after taking a shower there are puddles of water on the floor)! The fridge in the room is very small (does not cope)! After checking in, we found that there were no towels in our room. Contacted the reception 2 times in 2 days! At the end of the second day, we turned to the reception to the girl Ekaterina and within an hour the issue was resolved! The hotel area is large and well-groomed! All the time on the territory something is removed, watered, trimmed, etc. etc. d. Food is normal, meat: turkey, chicken, fish (including red); fruits: watermelons, peaches, nectarines, apples, oranges, plums, pears, but in some cases there is not enough (more on that later)! No housekeeping! Lots of cobwebs in the room! For seven days, the floor was wiped once (towels, bedding never changed)! Beach towels were a problem to change at the spa (come later, come tomorrow, we don't have enough)! But I would like to dwell separately on the questions of the contingent of vacationers in the hotel! A lot of vacationers from Western Ukraine! I simply did not understand much, do people behave the same way at home! I doubt that on the territory of Ukraine, having paid for a deck chair with a mattress on the beach, people will pull it into the sea and they will be allowed to do this, or the next day they would agree to lie on a wet mattress! But there, when everyone is "on the ball", for some reason, many behave like this! Although the hotel staff is right there and says that this cannot be done, but one of the girls still did her job, which was ripe in her head! In a restaurant, they collect so much food (starting with meat, fruits) that they simply cannot eat it, and then it's all thrown away (I specifically followed this fact)! It was not pleasant to look at it and someone lacked it! Deckchair, umbrellas take in 7.00 am, and come to sunbathe at 11.00-12.00, or even do not come at all! The beach is being cleaned, but for some reason, many considered it their duty to throw a glass, a plastic plate, a bottle and, of course, cigarette butts into the sand! In general, I will not tire, but I will say one thing, that if you do not pay attention to the contingent of tourists and do not attach importance to some little things, then it is quite a normal hotel! (Internet only in the lobby bar and does not pull at all)! Internet in rooms $1 per day! Have a good rest everyone and try to be people first and not act like "pigs"!
