We rested with my husband from August 14 to 20.2016 (were in Turkey for the first time). We went on vacation from the tour operator "Pegasus". The guide met, told everything, it was the same with other guides on excursions from this tour operator. We recommend this tour operator. Now directly about the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after 16.00 (besides us, 8 people arrived at the same hotel). It would seem that check-in at hotels takes place after 14.00. But when we filled out the card (similarly, other tourists with whom we went to the hotel with us), at the reception desk we were told to wait, they would call us. A lot of time passed and no one called us. We began to approach the reception ourselves and voila, it turns out that everyone was already assigned to the rooms, but for some reason no one called us. I will also add that when we arrived and all the time when we were waiting for the settlement, there were no new tourists during this period. I understand that the girls at the reception get tired, but still, people come to rest and they paid money for the rest.
So if you arrive at this hotel after 14.00 it is not a fact that you will be immediately accommodated. Regarding the room: to be honest, now I can’t remember the name of the building in which we were settled (when you leave the building, walk a few meters and right away the entrance to the reception on the right). A simple room (bed, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer). On TV you can watch Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish and other channels. The shower is very uncomfortable because it does not close and every time after a shower in the bathroom there is water on the floor and very slippery. Regarding the cleaning in the room: the cleaner came every day, but in our room only the bathroom was cleaned (the floor was washed) and the garbage was taken away. There was no more cleaning. Well, since we were in the room very rarely during the day, basically we only spent the night, we didn’t have time to litter. Some reviews read that it was noisy in the room. We personally did not notice this. Food: You won't die from the cold. Lots and lots of food but. . .
Every breakfast every day is almost the same. But still, if you are not picky about food - then everything is fine. You won't be hungry. They give chicken, various fish, pizza, salads, sauces, borscht, soups, potatoes of various preparations. Cakes, cookies, fruits - a large selection. For the sweet tooth just right. Regarding juices: the first 2 days everything was fine, but the next days the juice was diluted with water. Sometimes it was so diluted that it felt like he initially took water for himself, not juice. There are no complaints about drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, etc. As for alcohol, I only took beer once, my husband did not drink alcohol at all. Beer is like beer. The bartenders at the bars are great. To be honest, they are very sorry. There is always such a queue that they have no time to rest a little. It seems that people did not come to rest, but to drink alcohol for free. Yes, it's hot outside, I want something cold, well, excuse me, well, if you go from bar to bar almost all day,

then, sorry. As for the beach: the sea is clean, cozy. Problem: sunbeds. The first day we came to the sea closer to 8.00, there were no sunbeds. I had to buy and leave. You can't sunbathe on the sand. On the second day, we already went to the sea at 7.00 (we decided to see if there were sunbeds, we were not going to swim, since an excursion was planned for the morning). We looked and understood - if we don’t do like other tourists: from 7.00 and earlier they put towels on sun loungers and go to breakfast, and then to the sea (this is at best, there are those who come to the sea generally closer to dinner). During this time, already 2-3 couples managed to sunbathe on these sun loungers. If no action is taken, eg. increase the number of sun loungers, or, make sure that they do not occupy the sun loungers and leave, then nothing will change. The hotel staff is always cleaning. But people, if you came to rest, this does not mean that you have to litter anywhere.
Garbage is everywhere and there are a lot of them. I can’t say anything about the events in the evening, since we went there only once (there was some kind of game, and then karaoke). Regarding the fire show - similar (did not go)
The hotel, of course, does not pull at all for 5 stars, but still, in order to go there, there are still more pluses than minuses. Of course, each person is individual and each has its own requirements. If our personal opinion is: we will no longer go to this hotel, not because it is bad, but because we want to see something else new.
