We went to this hotel for a week, I returned on August 1, my mother-in-law and a 4-year-old daughter... I chose the hotel based on the reviews on this site... In general, we liked everything. We arrived at one in the morning, we were quickly settled in a normal room (with what money at the reception, as I understand it, it’s not customary to give there for a good room), we were fed after we settled in....Everything is fine with the staff, although they spoke Russian poorly , but if there were any problems in the room, they were solved quickly, the hotel is more for families, a lot of families with children, respectively, good children's animation, a children's town, swimming pools, a kids club worked, though as it turned out, you need to sign up right away, but if you rest for 1 week, the club is not needed, the child never got bored. during the day, various games were held by the pool, training in belly dancing, aqua aerobics, etc. in general, the entertainment was... in the evening there was children's animation - the children had fun on the stage, and the adults sat at the tables (as in the gum club)))) then the adult animation began....
Now about the food... what I didn’t like: the juice there is diluted UPI, creepy disgusting, I had to give the child a sprite to drink, not enough fruit... always watermelon and some other type of fruit... in total: watermelon, peach (rarely) , apricot, grapes and plum. for some reason there was no melon... ice cream was given 1 time, I remember, the meat is not enough, fish and chicken mostly. there is also an Italian, Turkish and fish restaurant, but when they wanted to sign up in Italian there was no place, so we scored on them. We didn’t go anywhere.
hotel tickets are very expensive. Near the village, there you can buy 3 times cheaper. we only went to the water park nearby (Pts liked it, because we were in the water park for the first time) -30 dollars. from an adult, sailed on a yacht, also 30 dollars. on a yacht is not very... boring.

The hotel offers massage... it seemed to me expensive, from 60 dollars, stone therapy 80 dollars. hour.
Souvenirs in the hotel can be bought, you can bargain as well as in the market.
There are 2 slides on the territory of the hotel for both children and adults, they work according to the schedule.
The sea was great! clean, warm. There is sand everywhere, only small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, there are no complaints on the beach, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone.
In general... this hotel is very suitable for families with children, there were cons, but there were much more pluses... we had a great rest!
