Rested at the hotel 23-30.06. 2011. I must say right away that the mega-negative expectations did not materialize, the hotel is quite decent, excellent well-groomed territory, a large beach with a pier, the staff is friendly and tries their best. Of course, there are disadvantages, but more on that later.
Accommodation. We arrived at about 12:00, filled out a questionnaire, handed over our passports with 20 bucks, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to lunch. After lunch, we immediately received a card from the room in Begonia (building 7, as I understand it, it is the newest), and Olga tried to take into account our wishes for the room, for which many thanks to her! : ) Family room, corner, the windows overlooked the main territory and the side desert area, the sea was visible from all windows! The animation was of little concern, we walked in the evenings, around 23:00 everything fell silent and the hotel was immersed in silence. At half past five in the morning we woke up a couple of times to the chants of the mueddina, did not bother, on the contrary, we tried to listen, it was so beautiful. The room is of course a bit old, the furniture is normal, minibar, safe, but the bathroom is certainly not in very good condition, but we knew about it and therefore took it normally. The air conditioner in the room is very unfortunate, it blows directly on the bed, after the first night in stuffiness (it is impossible to sleep under the air conditioner that blows directly on you), we moved the bed closer to the window and then turned it on calmly. Cleaned pretty well, in a week they changed the bed 1 time, towels were changed every other day. On the first evening we found a bottle of champagne and fruit in the room, ate with pleasure, thanks again to Olga! 4 put for the condition of the rooms, I would certainly like better.
Nutrition. Basically okay. From meat - chicken, turkey, they did not meet another. A variety of salads, fish, pizzas, there was always something to eat. In the morning there were cereals, muesli (there is hot milk), yoghurts, scrambled eggs, pancakes and standard salads. For lunch, a couple of soups, several side dishes, turkey, chicken, fish, different salads. In the evening, in principle, as at lunch, a grill, a barbecue were added. In Bonbon there is a selection of teas, in other places only black tea is served in armuds. A la carte restaurants did not please, the service was so-so, we expected more, although I note that there was a delicious fish in the fish restaurant. From alcohol they drank only wine (diluted to the level of a light compote, in the heat that’s it), beer, tried cocktails a couple of times (complete nonsense), but the dutik is our everything : ) Drinking water in bottles 0.3 was always available in all bars + vouchers to receive water, cola, sprite and fanta. Strained people who first crowded for food, scored full plates and left the food untouched, idiots really. Well, it was funny to watch how fruits were put into bags. Smoking idiots strained in the restaurant, well, this is not a hotel problem. I didn’t really like the meal schedule, breakfast is extended until 11:00, then for some reason 12:30-14:00 lunch and then dinner only at 19:00-21:00. Lunch was often skipped because in the morning immediately to the beach (if someone goes to the beach after eating a lot - I don’t know) and by the end of breakfast for a snack. Of course, by the end of breakfast or lunch or dinner, there is nothing left, everything is eaten or put away. 4 put for often peppered dishes, bad alcohol and a small amount of meat.

Service. We tried. Gardeners are a big plus for the chic territory, a lot of greenery, many different plants - beauty. The waiters in the main restaurant - in different ways, if they did not come at the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, it was not always possible to get forks and knives. Remarkably, the waiters in the part of the restaurant where their top ate were the worst of all - they simply ignored, did not clear the tables, did not bring cutlery, then we did not even go into that part. True, once I saw how the senior manager scolded the waiters for negligence. Minus beach workers, free sunbeds after 10:00 was difficult to find, although of course this is the "merit" of idiots who take a sunbed and do not come all day. Reception - everything is fine, they listened, recorded, but the performers were in no hurry to come. When checking in, the safe turned out to be locked, it was possible to call the master only on the 3rd attempt in a day. When the lights went out in the 7th building, of course, they worked faster : ) During one of the cleanings, the maid touched the TV remote control somewhere, we didn’t wait for it, although we approached the reception several times with this question (the TV set is not critical for us , so then they just scored). In general, the service is normal, there are some problems, but this is understandable, given the flow of tourists.
Beach. Good, sand + small pebbles. There is a pier. We spent the morning on the pier (it’s convenient to sunbathe), it’s fun to dive from the pier. The sea is clean, no dirt was seen, the water is clear, to the right of the pier there is always a flock of fish that you can feed. The entrance to the sea from the beach is a strip of pebbles and immediately the depth is not very good for the kids. There were problems with sunbeds after 10:00. There are water activities, the names "water skiing" and "motor lobka" are remembered (yyy). The beach is quite clean, it is cleaned periodically during the day.
Entertainment. Animation - well, I’m not a fan, so I won’t rate it, the main animator is a colorful young lady, her voice and laughter are specific, yes, but I didn’t hear vulgarity from the stage, all the performances were normal. Actually, they did not participate in other animation programs, because. spent time on the beach, but they were not invited to events there. We walked a lot in the vicinity of the hotel - to the cape, Alara Grand Bazaar. We went to Alanya on our own in a dolmus - super!
In general, the hotel is a solid four! There are more positive impressions than negative ones, the rest was a success, I didn’t want to leave!
