We rested at the end of October. The ticket was until November 2 (inclusive). No one warned that the hotel was closing on October 31st. They threw a piece of paper under our door (this despite the fact that we were in the room at that moment) which said that tomorrow at 10 am we should check out of the room. Can you imagine our condition? 2 days before departure, we had to pack our bags and lost half a day to move to another hotel. At the end of the season, there is no animation at all, except for children. In the mini-club they looked at us, like, well, what are you up to? Even my child, who usually does not climb out of mini-clubs, did not want to stay there. There is less and less food every day. She didn’t differ in variety anyway, by the way, I agree with the previous review, there is a problem with sweets there. Tea is full g... not even cocoa. Although before our arrival they say that it was. There is nothing to feed the child at all. 3 days before the closing of the hotel, even the hot milk was gone. When I asked the waiter about hot milk, they answered me with a grin that it was the end of the season, so there would be no more milk.
Another big minus is the spa. As such, he is very good, but they lie there shamelessly. When I was “rolled out” for a massage, which they didn’t promise (we gave you discounts, and this and that), when I paid for the massage, they told me that no - pay everything at full cost. So when you are "rolled away", let them immediately write down all the prices for you on a piece of paper.
From the positive - a large and green area. No matter how hard I try, I can't remember anything good.

The room is "tired", the audibility in the rooms is just terrible. Cleaning - none.
I would like to hope that many disadvantages in connection with the closing of the season. In any case, I do not recommend going there in October.
