Good afternoon! We rested at the hotel from May 25 to June 1 in the amount of 5 people (3 adults and 2 children - 5 years old and 1.4 years old)
1. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm, they immediately warned that the rooms were not ready for us, but the girls at the reception quickly resolved the issue - they settled in a temporary room, we asked for a crib in the room and after 5 minutes they brought it and made it, and in the morning they offered buildings to choose from, we settled in the Begonville building, we asked for a crib in the new room, but they didn’t bring it, we didn’t insist and remind, the child seemed to sleep well on the big one, the windows of the room overlooked the amphitheater, but we had animation did not interfere when I put the child to bed, I closed the window, turned on the air conditioner and there was silence. The room was cleaned every day, it seems that the bed linen was changed every day. We participated in the action "I'm going to this hotel" and after 2 days they brought fruit and wine to the room.
2. The hotel area is very large and beautiful, although we were on a sand and pebble beach for the first time, we didn’t like it, it was very painful to go into the water and the depth goes sharply, but we were very pleased with the pier.

3. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied, we were very surprised by porridge for breakfast and borscht for lunch, a very interesting idea with a la carte, we dined at a Mexican, Italian and fish restaurant, everything was great, live music played in the Mexican restaurant, I would especially like to mention the fish restaurant, the food just melted in your mouth, the waiters were dancing straight, delivering the plates, they liked it so much, they really liked the atmosphere in the fish restaurant!
4. The staff is kind, I really liked the Rose bar, delicious Turkish coffee is brewed and beautiful cocktails are made.
5. Before going to the hotel, I read reviews, many complained about the sunbeds. Indeed, there is a problem with sunbeds, but this is not a hotel problem, but a problem for the vacationers themselves. There are a lot of sunbeds, but in the morning vacationers take 2-4 sunbeds near the pool, and then they go and take the same amount on the beach and it’s not a fact that they swim or will swim, they may not even be in the hotel, the main thing is to score a place! Almost everyone does this . can even leave towels overnight. . .
6. We were not lucky with the time of departure from the hotel. The transfer was supposed to arrive for us at 18.00, and we were evicted at 12.00, we wanted to pay the remaining time so that they would not be evicted from the room, but we were refused, because. in the morning there was a large population....There are 3 bungalows near the beach on the territory of the hotel. At 6 in the morning we came and occupied one bench in the bungalow (a blanket was folded on the second, obviously left for the night, so you never know what we occupied the second bench) and went to collect things, came at 10 o’clock, our things were dropped, and there were already towels on both benches and no one....of course, it was very outrageous, but we also dropped and took our bench and moved our things there and we can say until 18.00 hours lived in a bungalow, there at least a child slept peacefully.
