We rested here in June 201.2 adults + child 4 years old. After reading the reviews, we chose this particular hotel. Well, now everything is in order. We arrived just in time for dinner at 14-00, the room was waiting for a very long time. Despite the fact that 99% of vacationers in Justiniano are Russian-speaking, there was only 1 Russian girl at the reception, the rest were Turkish, who did not understand anything at all. We were given the keys three times, and three times they were taken back. On the fourth, probably afraid of a scandal, a Turkish woman gave me the keys to a two-room family room (although we were given a standard). The room was given in the Jasmine building. We liked it and it saved them. The Jasmine, Lily and Magnolia buildings are on the last line, and they are relatively calm. The air conditioner in one room did not work. The shower didn't drain well. Our daily complaints came to nothing. Plumbers came and went, but the water never left. The room was cleaned almost daily (the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired), the linen was changed, and even flowers were laid out and swans were sculpted from towels (but this is for $$) The territory is well-groomed, there are many flowers, even the paths are washed in the morning. The beach is two-level, there is no stairs, you can break your legs on the descent to the sea. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, the sea is deep, constant waves, but clean. If you can't swim, I don't recommend this hotel. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, they are occupied at 7 in the morning or even in the evening. Constant scandals on the beach about this. Animation all around the pool, very weak. In the mini club with children, the girls are not bad, they even prepared an amateur concert with the children. Well done! Evening animation no. There were dances on the Turkish night, and so the local animators entertain everyone. There is also no disco at night. Since, in addition to the main building and the bungalow, two more large new buildings were built (one huge across the road), there are a lot of people, and the dining room is small. The waiters in the canteen (just a canteen, not a restaurant) are arrogant and lazy. The food is monotonous and not tasty. True, there was borscht almost every day and three porridges in the morning. So you can feed the kids. Of the fish, there was only mackerel and some other small fish. Meat: turkey and chicken. Fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruits (sometimes), watermelons, and a couple of times apricots. Everything!! ! Of the a la carte restaurants, I liked the Turkish one (in the main building). There are no bars on the beach. Fast food at the snack bar is disgusting! There is no fruit. I liked the bon-bon cafe in the main building on the second floor.
Thus, the hotel does not pull on 5 * at all. You can give 4 * with an interference fit. But 4 * and the price should be appropriate!
