The porter carried our things to the room, and it turned out that the room was located not even on the territory of the hotel, but behind it where there is some kind of store and everyone walks around, no security, we decided that we would sleep through one night and so.
As for dinner, I am silent, it was the remnants of dinner, cold and tasteless.

Day 2. On the second day, we are told that there are no rooms either and the choice remains the same either we sleep there for 3 nights or 4 *. It was decided to stay in a family room. Personally, my friend and I slept in the living room without air conditioning, it was just awful.
I won’t talk about the next relocation, I’ll write that we were eventually relocated 3 times and 3 times we were relocated just in a HORRIBLE way we were told that some family needed a family room and we should move from our room to others, we agreed although we were all it's pretty tired. agreed that we move after dinner, the staff agreed everything is in order. But it wasn’t there that when we came after dinner for the key to the room, they give us a completely different key, we come to the room in bewilderment and it turns out that our things were collected by the staff and carried away with our own hands. You can probably imagine what our reaction was when all the things were crumpled, your, excuse me, underpants are in someone else's suitcase and vice versa, all the things are wrinkled, all the toilet accessories are a bunch of cosmetics almost scattered, of course we went to make a fuss about what a clear answer to what happened no one gave us, they just said that in return we could go to the hammam (in the end it turned out to be a hoax and no one wanted to let us into the hammam for free). as a result, the evening was ruined and spent on disassembling things.
There were plenty of various things of this kind and there was not enough space to describe everything. Yes, and it’s disgusting to remember.
As for food: monotonous every day the same thing, as it turned out, the food is better in Kate 4 * there we went and spent most of the time there!
As for the beach: it’s terrible, it’s so colorful in the photo, it’s wonderful, but in reality there are broken sunbeds, a small place for swimming between some gorges of stones, which is why bags, papers and various garbage constantly sailed to this place, which is why we went swimming to the beach 4 * 10 minutes walk.

Conclusion: if you are traveling with a youth company, family or alone, look for another hotel, I will not advise you to go to this enemy either, pig attitude, tasteless food, monotonous animation and bad impressions from the rest, that's what awaits you in Kate!!! !
