KLAS DOM HOTEL 4*/ Arrived via Coral Travel meeting party Odeon Tours. June 2009 trip At the entrance to the hotel I saw the absence of stars on the building! The hotel apparently has no stardom! At the reception, when asked "where did the stars go", everyone smiled sweetly and asked "what kind of stardom were you sold in Russia 4 * or 5 *". My rating for the hotel is a solid 3+. They gave a good room with a sea view, there were no problems with the accommodation. I read on the Internet that there is a "very sincere" block C in which you simply cannot move in. so prepared for the worst. They settled me in block A. Nice clean window building overlooking the sea. The food was excellent, no complaints. "Our RUSSIANS" are very fond of complaining about this, either there is no ice cream, or there is no cake. There really is no ice cream, but everything else is in excess and it doesn’t matter what time you come for lunch or dinner. I am grateful to the ANIMators, especially OLGA, cheerful people, entertain the whole day, the children are just delighted, a good children's disco, gymnastics on the beach and in the pool for adults. SUPER! The beach is constantly cleaned, the entry into the sea is really stones and huge. for those who can swim well, there are no problems, but for those who do not swim, it is not convenient to flounder near the shore in the sea. The hotel rooms are cleaned every day at lunchtime NOT CONVENIENT! I want to hide from the sun, and then a cleaning lady with a mop washes the room! For 12 days: 2 times changed towels and never bed linen. It's all little things, trust me! Vacation was a success! Very friendly staff, cool sellers in local shops, a good night disco or just a beach holiday! At the expense of cool sellers in the local hotel shops: "our Russians" who come to combine their holidays with shopping (to buy leather, furs) for some reason run out into the street, go with strangers somewhere to the shops "to hell in the middle of nowhere", and then they complain that they were given something to drink, fed, and they bought "something terrible and completely unnecessary" or of poor quality. "Our Russians" apparently think that by contacting the store at the hotel, everything they buy will be very expensive. NO guys, there will be the same price, only here it’s safe and you can return the goods back if you suddenly don’t like it during the holidays. And have a good rest! The hotel is a solid 3+! And don't believe the operators when you sell this hotel for 4 * or 5 *, do not flatter yourself !!! , then the rest will seem much more interesting to you !! !
