I would like to share with you my impressions of this hotel. We went together with my sister in August 2018 for 10 days, i. e. in the midst of the season. In principle, we are not picky about living conditions and food, so we deliberately chose the Troika hotel as a budget option. But, as in every trio, we have identified our "pluses" and "minuses". We were taken to the hotel around 4pm. We were met by a smiling girl named Nargiz, but the key to the room was given to us by the director of the hotel, Nihat. By the way, the director there is aware of all the affairs. And he is a very special person. you need to find a way to approach it. He does not understand Russian well. If something does not suit you, in no case be rude to him, do not shout and do not demand. He doesn't like it. It is better to ask him in a soft manner and with a smile. Then maybe he will meet you. So. Let's go back to the number. When we entered the room, we were disappointed: a small, uncomfortable room, and even a balcony overlooking the courtyard. And we so wanted a view of the sea! In general, we did not like it. And we had to fight for another number. In short, they changed us to a room with a sea view. Conditions there were better, but with their drawbacks. The TV is small, with a convex screen - did not work. The air conditioner didn't turn on. Bedspreads (in the first issue, in the second) with holes. Plumbing in working order. The beds were separate, with a very soft mattress, so it was very comfortable to sleep. Finally, through petitions at the reception to fix our TV and air conditioning, the next day a guy named Ismet came. He is like the head of the household. Everything related to repairs is directed to him. But I'm warning you now. He is so fallen on young and pretty girls. He fixed everything for us. In general, the staff are only Kurdish guys. But then a Turkish woman appeared, also helping the servants. So, if they like you, they can flirt and flirt with you.
A HUGE PLUS OF THE HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION! Never and nowhere have I rested so much that a simple three-star hotel is located 50 meters from the sea! It's so cool! No need to waste precious time to crawl to the beach. You just left the hotel, crossed the road, and already on the embankment. The only thing is that if you go from the hotel directly to the beach without turning anywhere, you will see that there are few people on this beach. And it is no coincidence. Since when entering the sea, large stones-slabs are felt. And in Alanya, the sea is always stormy, and you can very seriously damage yourself any part of the body. Therefore, I advise you to turn left and walk a little along the embankment. There will no longer be any problems with entry into the water. Cleopatra Beach is absolutely free if you bring your own bedding. But, if you want to relax on sun loungers and under umbrellas, then, of course, you will have to pay for it.
Another significant PLUS is free Wi-Fi. Last year we rested in another city in a 3 * hotel and we had to pay $ 2 per day. So I was delighted when I found out that it is free. After all, it is better to spend this money on ice cream or something else useful.

When it comes to food, I have mixed opinions. There were days when the food was very tasty, there were days when it was very tasteless. But the chicken was every day. Food, in general, is tolerable. True, I came across sour cauliflower or spoiled vegetables and fruits. And mixed in salads, what was left from lunch could be served for dinner. But there is always something to eat. We didn't leave hungry. Just be careful what you put on your plate. It’s bad that there is no milk at breakfast at all, that is, you won’t see any muesli with milk there. Very tasty coffee from the machine, tea is good. Drinks are unlimited. From alcohol only beer and sometimes wine.
It was frustrating that the hotel does not have a disco and a very suspicious pool with shabby sunbeds around. We were afraid to swim there.
And more. Often in this hotel there are interruptions in water and light. It was such that there was no light for the whole evening, and we even
swam under the flashlight of the phone.
In general, they were satisfied with the rest. But I don’t recommend going there with small children. Happy holidays to everyone! I hope my review will be useful to someone.
